  Amazing!!

  Another fantastic week at these outstanding villas! Everything u need is at hand. Antonis and his family are brilliant hosts and nothing is too much trouble! His dad Andreas works tirelessly at the beautiful beach bar where u will have the most amazing views anywhere in Paphos! Healing thought to mum...see u all in October.   Fabulous Villas

  We stayed in Villa Indigo for one week and it was our most relaxing holiday yet! Beautiful 1 bedroom villa with everything you need and more for your stay, the private pool was amazing, the villa was cleaned twice a week and towels were replaced. The staff were so helpful, we were provided with a welcome pack on arrival so we didnt have to go to the shop after our late flight the location is perfect especially if you like a walk, right on the sea front with a cocktail bar if you get thirsty along the way, we will definitely return to this beautiful place.

  Lovely villa good location.

  Stayed in Villa Aqua for 10 days. The villa has lovely views of the sea which is a minutes walk away. The villa is well equipped and the electric points all British 3 pin so no need for adapters. The pool is lovely although I like it cooler it was a bit like swimming in a bath! No real complaints the fridge has some broken bits in the door so you cannot put bottles in no shelves unless you lay them down. James Villa rep was useless but the owner brilliant when we had some issues with the key really helpful and we were allowed to remain in the villa after 10am on check out day. Sunset over the beach a must see. All in all a lovely relaxing time in a well equipped villa in a great location.

  Fabulous

  This was our 2nd time to these villas. Beautiful, very modern. Very clean. Beautiful outdoor space. Fab location. Bars and restaurants less that a 10 minute walk away. Kefalos beach hotel is very close by on the beach front. We often visited, very good for drinks or lunch. Lovely staff. If you can suffer the heat there is a beautiful coastal walk taking you into Paphos harbour. It takes about 30 minutes. Also on the beach front just in front of the villas is a beach bar. I highly recommend visiting this little bar. It is run by the owners of the villas also. (Who are absolutely lovely and very helpful) Lovely breeze, fantastic views. The only negative I have about visiting these villas is that unfortunately there is some building work going on just infront. The noise didnt wake us up but you can hear it during the day whilst relaxing around the pool. Such a shame aswell because when we visited 2 years ago they hadnt started and the views were fabulous. There is so much development going on in Cyprus I hope they dont ruin it.

  Pure relaxation

  We have just returned from two weeks in Villa Indigo, what a fabulous time. In my opinion villa Indigo is the best located villa on the site as its in the corner and completely private, it also has a fantastic sized private pool. The villa is great, everything you need. We requested the welcome pack as we arrived late and it was brilliant, everything you need. The location of the villas are brilliant, many restaurants within a 5 minute walk. We also took a taxi to the marina a few nights, 8, then walked the coastal path back. It doesnt have lights but the moonlight lights the path and takes about 40 mins. I would highly recommend. If I had to be critical the only thing I would improve is the quality of the mattress, I do suffer with my back, but this is a minor point to an otherwise fabulous holiday. The beach bar is lovely, a nice break from the villa in a very tranquil setting. If you are wanting a villa holiday you will not beat the Paradise Cove. Antonis, a real credit to you and your family.
