  Great and relax vacation with incredible view

  Our vacation was the most relaxed oane until now, because: -amaizing view from all places: rooms, restaurant, bar, incredible outside elevators -cleaning rooms and beach -great pool -hotel verry child frindly with a lot of activities each day -friendly persons from the hotel(reception,restaurant, etc.) -quiet place, the only noise is from the sea waves.

  Fantastic Hotel, cold food, miserable staff

  The hotel is fantastic and has some lovely areas and I cannot fault the room we were given, spacious and clean and the very pleasant cleaners did a thorough job each day. The food was plentiful and there is a massive range at each meal that would satisfy the pickiest of eaters. The one downside is that the food was constantly cold - this was when it was busy or quiet and at the start of the meal times and the end (we tried everything). The food contained in the silver server trays was just cold almost as soon as it was brought out and the trays were not heated. Apart from a few key people, the cleaner as mentioned, the two people at the pool bar (a lovely lady and young man) and a young man that cooked the food such as pancakes fresh who were all lovely - the rest of the staff were utterly miserable and simply looked like they did not want to be there. The pool is down near the beach, lift or stairs down, and is clean and was very good. It is then a few meters down to the beach and there are some lovely walks along the beach for as long as you could want. The area generally has nothing around but you can get a bus or taxi along to Sunny Beach if you so wish. There were some very eery towns and a waterpark that were all abandoned so that was odd. We went near the end of the season but that did not account for how quiet the area was and how miserable the staff were - such potential but overall disappointing.

  Disappointing

  The only good thing about this hotel is location and the easy access to the beach. However beach in front of the hotel is dirty and with stones. Pool is dirty. Pool bar and area around is full of whasps. Pool towels are very worn out. Hotel is newly refurbished and very clean. However for a 4 night stay we only had towels changed and room mopped. They dont even clean your bathroom. Staff dont really know what they are there for. They seem polite but not knowledgable of their duties.. Food is well below average and unacceptable for a 5* hotel. Advertised as having beach bar and animators. It doesnt. No provision for coffee and tea in the rooms which is not acceptable for a 5* hotel, hence you cant have either before breakfast opens. No information whatsoever in the rooms, they ask you to take pictures at reception for your reference about information for the hotel. It has been awarded best hotel for 2019, i suppose this is just the usual Bulgarian corruption games. This hotel is faraway from being the best 5 * hotel.

  Absolutely terrible service, nice view

  I am going to start with the only two good things that are unmissable: One of the best views in St. Vlas and the rooms which are clean and pretty large. Unfortunately, the people who work there are absolutely terrible! It seems like they pay you! Every time when I have to ask for a drink they look at me as a brutal monster so unfriendly and NEVER with a smile! The food is regular and FOR SURE not for a 5 stars resort. Will NEVER go back there and I wouldnt recommend to anyone! Cheers!

  Wonderful view, mediocre food, totally unpleasant staff

  The complex scores a maximum of only 2 chapters: view and cleanliness (less at the pool). The rest is very far from a 5 * hotel. The food is slightly diversified, tasteless, often uneaten (raw meat and potatoes). The staff is extremely rude, you rarely find an employee who speaks a language other than Bulgarian. Attention to non-alcoholic cocktails (for children), I was surprised to get peach liqueur (alcohol concentration> 15 ') for a 7-year-old child with the motivation that it does not contain vodka. At bars and restaurants the priority is the staff, not the tourists.
