  Is truly paradise!!! Wonderful!

  I cannot say enough good things about my stay in Paradise! Evi, Jacob and their family treated us as one of them. After a harrowing experience on sea the Port Authority placed us here and I am so glad they did!! The garden area is beautiful, food is great, it's right by the beach... But most of all their hospitality and graciousness makes you feel like you're part of their family looking after your every need. Couldn't recommend it more!!! Will miss my island Paradise and my Ios family. Forever in my heart.... Thank you Evi and Jacob!

  Perfect place

  Amazing place. Next the beach, nice room and the guest is amazing. Next door with farout beach club. Very nice location. I Recommend to all people: friend, family, alone. There is a swimming pool and air conditioned.

  Cockroaches, Backing up drains, No wifi

  Please stay away!! This place is not paradise, or even close to it and will put a damper on your vacation! Ill start with this, we arrive by bus because they would not respond to email or pick up there phone for there free port shuttle (the one time I got through she said I was calling too early and to call back later... it was 10 am!!). When you are arrive they tell you to sit in the court yard... and around you is a couple buildings, a place for all their junk, and a snack bar. When we got to our room we had zero wifi which again isnt a big deal (although it is advertised to have wifi), you can pick up far outs really bad wifi. When I asked about the wifi, she walked away. That night our shower, floor drain and sink were all backing up with black water. You couldnt even have a shower with out it backing up (Im a plumber by trade and it was gross even for me) I went to talk to her again and she denied it said it was fine and that I put toilet paper down the toilet (which you cant do in Greece and we had not). An hr later the husband showed up and promised to fix it the next day (never happened, they just cleaned up the left over sewage). The backing up drains continued until our last night when a man (seemed to be the owner) took it on and fixed it. This was the 3rd person to look at the issue, after dealing with it for 4 days. After I calmed down, I was laying in bed and had to get up to kill the cockroach walking through the room. The reviews that say this place is a disaster and it is not as it seems are true!!! We paid 170 Canadian dollars a night for no wifi, no working drains, and bugs! Our last night I met who I think was the owner he couldnt believe this had been going on for so long, and was very reasonable. Him and his wife ended up giving us only 60.00 back. Although him and his wife were very nice people, 60.00 in return for a complete disaster is not even close to enough to make up for somthing that put a huge burden on our vacation in ios. We wish we camped at far out!

  Amazing visit.

  Couldnt be happier. We arrived at the port and met the owner of the property with a free transfer to the hostel. The guide entertained us with information along the way. He couldnt have been kinder. When we arrived the room wasnt ready but they let us in while it was being made. We went for a walk and when we arrived at our room it couldnt have been cleaner. Later that night we went for a drink asked if it was okay to invite our friends over who were staying at another hotel. They couldnt be more welcoming, by giving us free shots and food as we sat with us our friend for a few drinks. We cant thank them enough for a wonderful first night and cant wait for the rest !!!

  Best stay ever

  One of the most value for money and with respect to nature place to stay. One step from the top world beach of mylopotas, in a beautiful garden view, the room has natural fresh temperature and a good working air conditioning if you prefer. The mattresses are good quality and the owners very friendly and well educated. Big thanks!
