Latina en turkyaD i v i n o !!! Ya he visitado otros hoteles en antalya pero este se llevo todas mis espectativas ...el personal es increible servisiales educados y sobre todo con las ganas de atenderte vale la pena pasarte por alla por lo menos 7 dias para que disfrutes de todos los servicios que tienen y si vas en familia no te vas a repentir por que los ninos quedan enamorados del "papi club" ahi van a querer pasar todo el dia con las maestras , tienen muy buena organizacion y sobre todo seguro para tus ninos ..la comida ni hablar :) deliciosa tanta variedad desde el desayuno hasta la cena . .los cuartos son amplios limpios y todo funciona . .y la playa de lujo !

Great hotel, excellent service and super location!We had an excellent holiday with my wife in a semi-private room. The cleanliness of the room and the direct access to the pool were very cool and motivating us very much for a holiday. The hotel is quite adequate and has excellent staff. Whenever you need something, you can find a solution immediately. Apart from these, they never miss their smiling faces. Of course you pay a lot of money, but I believe people do it willingly. They are very professionals. First of all, I would like to talk about Ms. Ebru Kocakaya (Guest Relations) who hosted us wonderfully. She got full marks from us with her special gestures and sincere helpfulness. Zeugma is very lucky to have Ebru! If we want to talk about the people on the REBORN team, they really do their job very well. Be sure to try SPA. You will never regret it. We would like to thank all of them, especially Gül and Dilara. Friends at the bar were great. They are incredible lord and respectful. Even though I don't remember their names exactly, they do a great job. Thank you guys! Finally, I would like to talk about Ilhan Bey, Italy Alacarte restaurant chef. He does his job really well. He hosted us very well in the restaurant we preferred for our wedding anniversary. You should definitely stop by him. Send my greetings (NAZF BEY), he will make special gestures for you :) See you again soon.

Nice break but could've been betterWe stayed in a suite with pool access, room was amazing. Very modern and clean. Walk in wardrobe, huge bed, 2 person bath. The direct access to shared pool was nice to have. We paid approx an extra £600 for this type of room but wouldn't of bothered had we known it would get no sun at any point of the day so we ended up around the main pools anyway. Unlike the room the balcony area was quite dirty and needed a good clean and lick of paint. Another frustation would be no irons in rooms, unable to get one and ironing service is around £4 an item. Not 5* service Masks and hand gels provided in your room. Late check out was pretty much the equivalent of an extra 1 night stay in the room which I thought was extortionate. The staff in the hotel are all really nice and can't do enough for you. Pool areas are immaculate and a good size, no problem getting loungers. Drinks are really good, all branded drinks and in the beer house there a branded bottled beer and beers on tap including Guinness, Bud, Miller, Corona. The a la cartes were nice and a nice break away from the all inclusive buffet which was like feeding time at the zoo, people breathing down your neck whilst youre queuing. The food overall was hit and miss in the all inclusive buffet, not alot of choice and very catered towards the Eastern european visitor most nights. We went to jiva beach hotel in Fethiye last year and the food and choice was outstanding, we paid £500 more for this hotel vs last year so expected food to be on par but it was miles off. One evening there were no tables to eat at so had to wait next to a table whilst someone else left so we could sit down, realised after the table hadn't been cleaned and disinfected nor had table runners changed so covid controls lacked in that instance. Only 3 of the a la cartes are currently open. Guessing due to covid but would help if they were as it would take pressure off the all inclusive buffet each night. at lunchtime the food court is great, alsorts of food available, salads, fish and chips, fresh pasta dishes, hamburgers etc. All staff wearing masks, screens up in the buffet and you hand your plate to them to get your food. Temp taken on way into restaurant. suitcases sprayed on arrival. anti back sprays available all around the hotel. masks not mandatory to wear for visitors. I've moaned alot but it is a really nice hotel and some of the things we didn't like are out of the hotels control. We've had an amazing break from the craziness of the UK and had some amazing weather. I just expect more when you pay £2300 for 6 nights away, A little bit more £ and you are in Mexico in a proper 5*. So we have left feeling a little bit ripped off.

One of the best stayI had the room 3500 (luxury suite upper floor) between 10-17 October 2020. Everything was above my expectation but what impressed me most were the pandemic prevention measures and supportive attitude of the staff and their English skills, as well.. I had many visits in Turkey and achieved some knowledge about this nice country, but the information I received from that two young gentlemen on duty at the reception desk early in the morning of 17.10.2020 during my check out, completed my knowledge, and I was sorry I did not meet and talk to them earlier during my stay. Perfect and professional hosts, as well as Tatiana, who provided me good information in my native language. I am sorry I cannot say the same thing about the personnel who served me in the fish a la carte fish restaurant in the evening of 11th of October. But never mind, on the whole was a perfect stay.

Service not corresponding our expectations and reviewsOut of all Papillon group this one was supposed to be more adult friendly but we were surrounded with kids. Good territory, lots of greenery, they also have water slides that work according to timetable twice a day. Water in the family pool was warm and relaxed pool for adults only was freezing cold, nobody swam there but it was a nice calm area to read a book and enjoy birds singing. In the room there were no case for blanket as well as blanket itself on the bed, so I was using extra sheet. It was cover on the bed, thin and half size when I asked for warm blanket they gave me the same set of covers for bed. A/C didn't function properly, at first showed 19C but didn't really cooled the air, they repaired it and it stopped turning off so it was real refrigerator inside.1 day A/C worked good then broke, they repaired it, worked properly for a while then same old story. Food was the same almost every day at the main restaurant and bar at the pool. Desserts were a piece of art, very colorful but all taste the same. Turkish Baklava without saying was delicious. Barmen always try to make cocktails from local alcohol despite they have well known brands. Catastrophic lack of English from personnel. Hotel is oriented just for Russian speaking auditory. Service for them seems priority. Pianist from Ukraine had fantastic performance, wide selection of pieces, for any taste and from any country. Night concerts were well prepared and exciting to look at. Day time Animation like aqua aerobics, yoga, pilates were not for just sport oriented people, very simple, not professional performance, hands up, hands down, turn your head to the right and then left. Spa was nice and clean, had rest area, because of covid hours of work were reduced. Same with a gym, 3 spacious rooms of equipment unfortunately with short open hours. This hotel doesn't correspond the price.
