  Great place

  Great place for a girls weekend catchup. We all had a bedroom/plenty of space and well fitted out. Great location and an easy walk to beach. Lovely deck area with ocean view and competitively priced for what's on offer. Thanks for the great stay.

  Incredible service, accommodation, location, & views

  Thank you for a truly spectacular experience from start to finish. Our girls catch up, including friends from interstate & Qld surpassed our exceptions. Impeccable service from the managers Julie & Rob. Julie & Rob were so helpful, nothing was to much trouble, even coming to our villa to personally help us work the TV. Great accommodation with heaps of room & facilities, including a memorable high pressure awesome shower There were, to die for views, with incredible breaching whales that we absolutely loved watching every day from the balcony. We enjoyed the easy walk along the boardwalk to Coolum Beach, shops & restaurants. Thank you for making our stay perfect in every way

  WONDERFUL VILLA 7

  We stayed in Villa 7 for 10 days and were delighted beyond belief - champagne on arrival (Moet) and a perfectly clean and welcoming apartment. 4 large bedrooms, a 5th surprise bedroom with double bunks for the kids and 3 full bathrooms, 2 with spa baths. Two full sitting rooms, 3 TVs and every creature comfort - the well stocked kitchen is also a pleasure to cook in. Massive decks and doors that fold away - it's like being on the ocean! The views from both floors to the water are stunning, and the place is nestled into a rare rainforest - amazing, crisp and refreshing! So so recommended, we will be back!

  Villa 7 is amazing

  We had a simply perfect week recently at Villa 7 - what a delight, all renovated, new kitchen, fully equipped. state of the art coffee maker, wine and champaign glasses galore and all original art work throughout the Villa. The Villa overlooks the water and is set in a beautiful rain forrest. The position, access to the beach, infinity swimming pool and can sleep 8 people with an extra two bunks for the kids in a lovely welcoming play room. One of the best Villas on the Sunshine Coast, 6 stars and more - highly recommended!

  Prestige at its best

  Prestige Holiday Homes are the new managers of Villa 7 and the place has had a complete makeover and looks and feels even better than ever. We have stayed here before and always love it; serene, luxurious, comfortable, fully equipped and generously laid out. The apartment takes up to 10 people, better with 8 and has all the mod cons and luxuries you could imagine, multiple TVs and tech equipment, infinity swimming pool on site, plush lounges, water views..... its a great holiday spot, and now managed my Prestige, a class act!
