Excellent Location worrest accomidationsWhere do I start. If I did not pre-pay in full the entire stay we would have left. Attitude :( I guess being from NY and believing the customer is always right puts a bad taste after dealing with some -not all the staff at the Hotel .. , A/C not working blows air that is definitely not cool-they say "its central air so no room is cool" I thought thats why its called A/C ...lol :(, noisy my husband could not get normal sleep, electricty blew out all the lights etc but that wasn't as bad as the old rooms, out of date and in much need of repairs - , Towels & sheets are only cleaned/replaced every 3 days -:(:(:( awful!! & grooming products amenity dont get replaced unless you complain. So we changed both our rooms and still awful. Every request is a big issue and every complain gets you a verbal attack but I guess that's the best approach of defense. Do need to say they did after numerous complaints try their best to accommodate but I think if we camped out seaside we would have had a better more comfortable, cooler stay.. Sorry Paolo Hotel ... after 4 years & 5 trips to Loutraki Greece you had the worst service ..

Great Paolo hotelFrom the second that we go inside the hotel the manager just smile to us and ask if everything is okay and how was the flight. The hotel maybe not really beautiful but the respect that we get from all the people in the hotel from the manager to the cleaning guy was really beautiful. They help us about everything from the car rent to the scuba diving in all Sea Sport. Definitely recommend thank you very much

Love it.Didn't take any pictures, but stayed here a while ago for 7 days. The hotel is very clean, the staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and the maid service really does a great job in this hotel. I would love to stay here again.

You can't imagine betterIf you come to Loutraki and want, on the one hand, to have the sea on your side, on the other, the city center, shops and taverns, and on the third, you are not going to spend 24 hours a day at the hotel, but only sometimes take a breath and sleep, then this the best you can think of. Unprecedented hospitality, they help in everything, a free safe box at the reception, easily arranged late check out (at 20:00) without any surcharges. The staff meets you and treats you as beloved relatives. I really, really recommend it! Were there with my wife from August 1 to 8, 2019.

Dated Budget Hotel In Excellent LocationA little tricky to find the hotel with all the one way streets and parking can also be an issue in the heat of the day. Upon arrival, Christina on reception was warm and friendly and able to accommodate an extra person at the last minute. The interior is very dated and the rooms were small. The bathroom was tiny and one of the rooms had no fridge. Beds were very firm but ok to sleep on, tv was very old, there was no coffee making facilities, floors could have been cleaner and there was no safe. Oh, and the lift was cramped...definately no good for those who are claustrophobic. On the other hand, the location was superb...street access but on the beach. Room rates are very good too, morning coffees from the restaurant or breakfast area was always prompt, and the staff were always very helpful. We wish we could have stayed longer!
