  Great Place to Stay

  We stayed here for a convention in the city. The hotel staff were very friendly. There is a nice restaurant on site and the free breakfast in the mornings was more than I expected. It is a little out of town but a 10-15 minute cab ride gets you to the middle of everything. The price is amazing compared to what you would pay for the same thing in the US.

  what an awful service we got

  so that place we accidentally found on trip adviser , we traveled with a car and our baby boy was already to tired for further travelling, so for a better comfort we directly asked administration to show us a pirate ( VIP) house .So about VIP and what we paid for that offer. On trip adviser it was cheaper for 300 ghr. and administration said that we just got a brand new cottage house and bla bla bla. My husband said that he didn't see the difference between all others there, but doesn't matter really. So slowly i am coming to the part where i got even angry and aggressive on personal there . so after two hours i decide to take a baby and go to eat to the restaurant ( same place there) , first of all , they have a lot of workers there, but no-one was coming to out table , and you might know what it is with a small crying baby '. no-one came after 20 min too, so i went inside to remind about myself , meanwhile waiters were running around me to other tables but no one even paid attention to us . so i went inside one again , and already angry were telling where i am sitting and what i want to order . so never thought that a caesar salad can be such a bad choice , but honestly also not sure about the rest of menu ... as i heard from other clients, their food was also not delicious ... no guys, you really need to see how it was , the salat tasted so disgusting , i just tried it and left the plate . it was worser than buying caesar salad on gasoline stations or somewhere in ghetto of the city... or small shop .really disgusting . for that price... so the waiter was not there , fact ! i always needed to run inside with a small baby( order , paying ) , waiter was not even bringing me the rest , was really a cherry on top, because for that service and food i would never leave any tips ... but i didn't want to continue my evening there and as my boy was naughty needed to run back to our VIP cottage house ))))

  A Good hotel

  We were there for 4 days. A nice and comfortable hotel, with included breakfast. The rooms with street view are a little noisy, but its not so tragic. Good mini bar and personal. One minus- not so close to the center, and you have to take a taxi to go to the mall of in the city center.

  Perfect for celebrating

  Great Place to Stay and especially to celebrate different occasions. Wonderful atmosphere, very friendly service and really home made tasty cuisine. We celebrated birthday here and were very happy. Enough place to dance, to have fun.

  Adequate hotel, nice and clean rooms

  We selected this hotel due to its convenient location: close to the company we were visiting as well as the airport. Its pretty far outside Lviv, so not a good choice if you want to go sightseeing. It takes 30 minutes in a taxi to get to the city centre. The rooms are relatively small. Beds are queen size and comfortable, with firm matrasses and pillows. Thats a matter of taste, I like it that way. Airconditioning is working very well, outside temperature was 30 degrees, the room was cool though. Breakfast is excellent, so is the service. The fact that the staff speaks poor English is a bit of a handicap. All and all a hotel I would certainly stay again.
