  Excelente hotel!

  Muy buen hotel, situado frente a la playa. Camas cómodas y agua caliente en todo momento. El staff es excelente! El restaurante capcicum es muy bueno con comida deliciosa y buenos precios, el staff del restaurante es perfecto! Te atienden muy bien y son muy amables y respetuosos! Recomiendo 100% el hotel y el restaurante!

  Worst experience

  I traveled to kerala recently and stayed in this hotel for 1 night. It was worst experience i had. Let me start with location. The hotel is exactly next to beach and it has main road in between which is always have traffic. Adjacent to hotel is beer and wine shop where guys come and drink. Though we had no problem but it still feel bit of insecure. On weekend crowd gather here making it very noisy place. Beach is absolutely not great, no clean, water is not clear, even beach is not flat to swim. Instead please go to Marina beach and select hotel there. Coming to room, it was dirty, smelly and suffocating. They provided towel which was had hole in it. Bathroom stink a lot. There is no freshness at all in room. Same thing with restaurant, ambience is below average, no freshness. Food quality is not good at all. Though swimming pool is there you won't want to go inside it, so its just to showcase. Only positive thing was staff had good behavior and service was prompt. So overall i had very bad experience and i would recommend not to go with this hotel and specially alleppey beach. Go to other beaches in Kerala.

  Horrible service!!!! What a waste of good location.

  Staff is always fighting among each other and manager scolding in front of the guests. Very unpleasant environment. You keep ordering things from the restaurant nobody cares. Gross mismanagement! What type of hotel runs out of milk and eggs at the buffet breakfast time!! Please save your money, DO NOT COME HERE!!!

  Ok

  Good location opposite the beach, however we could not see the sea as described from the bungalow. Fresh water everyday. Good toiletries. The gardens in front of the bungalow were beautiful and well tended. Staff were courteous and obliging. Rooms comfortable, however they needed some attention for repair and a deep clean. Good aircon. The WiFi dongle was very good, however we needed a charger, which we had. We had drinks at the restaurant which were delicious, however we didnt eat there. Alternative places to eat nearby. We didnt stay around the pool as there is a substation next to it unfortunately, however it looked clean with comfortable sunloungers all the same. Would stay again if needed to.

  Not great...

  Overpriced for what it is.... very run down, no where near anything particular and the day before we arrived they emailed to say they couldnt accommodate the 4th night. Lucky really as we soon realised we wanted to leave early- which we did after two nights. Staff were very nice and helpful and the breakfast was nice.... rooms again where ok but dated the pool is right next to a lot of construction . Overall I wouldnt recommend unless its just for one or two nights and you are not too fussy
