Impressive
My partner and I stayed at the Panorama village hotel for one week in early September. Despite the Greek governments tightening of the rules on drinking hours, socialising, no live entertainment etc we still really enjoyed our stay there. Rena the receptionist was lovely, she was really friendly and helpful. The staff at meal times (big up to gorgeous Georgious) worked really hard to serve everyone especially as the new rules meant we couldn't help ourselves to anything because of risk of contaminación. The restaurant, bars, swimming pools, sun loungers and so on were frequently cleaned to a high standard. Charlene + Aris worked both bars in the evenings and they were absolutely fantastic. They never seemed to take a break, always smiling and joking with the customers and so knowledgeable and willing to inform us about the best restaurants, bars and places to visit in the local vicinity and further afield also. Amazing! Due to the covid situation certain things were beyond the hotels control, however we both thoroughly enjoyed our week there.

Best vacation ever
This was my third time back at this hotel, and the first time abroad for a relaxing break since/during COVID-19; it did not disappoint! Upon our late arrival to the hotel, we were made to feel, yet again, very welcomed by Yiannis at the reception, and were offered food when we got there. Check in was done via a very simple contactless method on your phone due to the current pandemic. The hotel and our room was all very clean, which made us feel very at ease travelling abroad during the current situation. The views from this hotel are absolutely stunning, it was very easy to just want to stay at the hotel by the pool all day as a result! During the day the bar served several all inclusive and paid drinks which were all very nice. Lygaria beach is around a 10 minute walk from the hotel, and is definitely worth it! In the evening the bar is run by Aris and Charlene who are amazing! Their drinks are better than the usual drinks you would expect when you go abroad, especially the cocktails are lush!!! They both are so friendly and provide everyone with the best service all the time! It makes you feel very welcome at the bar every evening. Each time Ive visited this hotel, they have made my holiday the best and always leave us wanting to go back again - which we definitely will be in the next season! Thank you so much again for the best trip especially during these uncertain times, it was so lovely to have such a lush, well deserved break!! See you next year

my new fave place
when arrived at the hotel we were greeted by giannis who made us feel so welcome and was so helpful , cheerful n funny. check in was very easy to do on the phone and contactless due to covid , the room was left empty for 24hours which put our minds at ease cause of whats going on and when we arrived to our room it was spotless and so spacious and amazing. the views from the hotel were insane the sea is so lush to look at and is only a 10 minute walk from the hotel and totally worth it , loads of local shops and restaurants which were sooo lovely !! every night we couldnt wait to go to the night bar which is run by the most amazing and genuine people ever , aris and charlene made us feel so welcome every night and made our nights every night and their drinks were beautiful and dont get me started on their cocktails which are the best ive ever had !! provided us the best service the 10 nights we were there for. funniest people and great music :) the holiday was so amazing even with these hard times but cleanliness of the hotel made everything so much easier and distancing signs to remind you that there is still a pandemic going on even tho youre on vacation :) me n my bestie will defiantly b returning next year and we couldnt b more excited :) yamas court xo

Really good
Recently just left the hotel and I have to say it was a really great place to stay. Due to the current situation of covid there was quite abit of restrictions in place but all the staff had done their best to make sure we had a pleasurable holiday.. Especially the ladies at the reception very welcoming and helpful we were not happy with our 1st room and it was no bother for the lady irene to change it for us, I found the food nice could be slightly cold at times but that was due to having to wait to be served with social distancing in place, all the waiting staff provided an excellent service the drink options during the day are wine or beer or there local spirits personally I think during the day they should add gin and vodka on to the menu The 5 pools were great also and plenty of sunbeds for everyone. The rooms are stylish we stay in a superior Seaview room great view of the sea and mountains All the staff work very hard the boss should be very proud of them We were the only Irish couple there but everyone made us feel welcomed

No communication at all
I booked my holiday in this hotel and was really excited to go. Unfortunately due to sudden restrictions regarding Covid-19 I could not go anymore. I tried to contact the hotel twice (I booked all inclusive stay for two for a week) just to ask if there would be possibility to change my booking for later, get some voucher that could be used later on (next summer for example) or simply to get adequate refund (I did not use any facility, drink any of their drinks or eat food). Hotel ignores me completely, I am quite sure they got my emails just won´t answer. I know that times are hard for everybody at the moment but I had to save up for my annual holiday as well and I do not like approach of this hotel. At least I got a voucher from easyjet for my flights so I have not lost entire cost of holiday. I will be visiting Crete when situation allows me but will stay far away from this hotel and advice everybody to do the same.
