  Best holiday we've had in Oz

  We had an amazing time here. Views of the river and city were absolutely fabulous. Pool was cleaned everyday and you also have the option of the sun loungers by the river. Apartment had everything we needed and the location was unbeatable. Very chilled out and safe as you can't gain access without the security tag. The best part though was definitely the staff, Dee was amazing from check in to check out. So helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back

  Excellent option for those on a budget

  Positives - nice and spacious apartment, good parking, secure, nice pool and bbq area by the river, great size balcony, awesome city views, very friendly and warm staff (Dee, the manager, was great). Very close to city, 3 min walk, 6-7 mins to beach. And it was cheap! Negatives - not many. Room was dated, basic furnishings - but cute because of it. Walk to town meant crossing a very busy dual carriageway. Annoying but not insurmountable when weighted against the many positives.

  Fantastic spot and management

  Great place on the river very quiet but still close to the hustle and bustle of gc great appartments clean and well equiped The manager was gantastic very friendly and helpful would definately stay there again if it's not fully booked out good facilities

  Clean and quiet

  Right in the thick of Surfers Paradise Gorgeous views of the Nerang river And the newer high rise towers looming over the skyline Night time looks like fairy land - These appartments must be nearly 50 years old but the tower is in excellent condition with many owner residents I would think - really quiet and peaceful only a short walk to everything Surfer Paradise. Secure parking and limited access provides a sense of safety and security - the river side BBQ area is a special spot to relax or entertain Nice find

  Fantastic location

  Stayed in a two bedroom apartment with my two grandchildren. It is an old building so quite dated but had everything we needed. It's situated on the river and the views were amazing. The location was fantastic, walking distance to the shops, beach, restaurants, attractions etc. It has a lovely pool and BBQ area which we did not use as too cool for swimming. It also has secure parking. The only negatives were that the dryer did not work or the ceiling light in the main bedroom. There was also a public laundry on the floor but the dryer was not able to be plugged in. Luckily the washing dried easily on the two clothes horses provided. The internet also did not work. The apartment was managed by another building which meant the keys had to be picked up and returned to another location about 1 km away.
