  Esto no es un 4*, le sobran 2 como mínimo. Habitación cutre, nos la entregan con el baño todo mojado después de esperar por la habitación. Cena..... entramos en el comedor y nos dicen q podemos pasar, pero no hay ninguna mesa limpia, nos quejamos y vienen a limpiarla con una escoba corta y un recogedor del suelo, heavy... El resto ya os lo podeis ir imaginando, sin comentarios.

  There was ongoing renovation work, going on all day, accompanied by noise. In the evening the orchestra from the restaurant did not stop until after midnight despite the reminding that the working hours are up to 2300. The noise was so strong that we were not able to hear our TV. The complain to the receptionist did not make any difference.

  ndproof room as it says in the reservation. My room was next to the children playground room, gym and elevator which are all so noisy if we even don't look the fact that the room door have a whole and I can hear everything inside - there is none isolation. 2. In the bathroom there isn't one door on the shower so whenever we shower we have to clean the mess afterwards so we could use the bathroom again. 3. We've got bed sheets that doesn't match our bed which is pretty lousy - I've slept on better bunk beds this one. It has the spring mattress and whenever my boyfriend or me made some move it gots that metal spring sound so it is really impossible not only to sleep but to use this room also. Very bad, and they didn't provided those things that we agreed on signing the contract. They just wanted to rip me off. The room in the hotel with 4*!

  Very poor service & room

  I've tried everything to solve the problem with the hotel management but they just won't cooperate. First they send me from one receptionist to another which says that hotel with big 4* doesn't have manager, then in the end I speak with the marketing manager as I found out at the end of our conversation and she says that she needs to see with the general manager and then as the days passed they offer me only to change room for the last day. 1. I didn't get soundproof room as it says in the reservation.   Stayed in this hotel for a week while skiing, contrary to what is written this hotel is not close to the slopes a good 20 minutes walk up and down hill. We had a 1 bed apartment with balcony overlooking another hotel, clean and functional however when we arrived we had no kettle cups or cutlery pots pans etc, not that much of a problem as we were half board but if your self catering ?. To be honest the place is like a ghost town more staff than guests and 99% of them cant speak a word of English. We paid for half board and one evening and breakfast there was no buffet, the staff explained not enough guests to cook food for so we were given Luke warm chicken burgers and spaghetti, we left and went to a local restaurant. On the occasion no breakfast buffet was available we were given a plate of cold ham sausage cheese and tomato, again not to our taste so we left yet again, no prior warning given on both occasions. Overall the food quality was limited repetitive and of poor quality. The pool and spa is ok the pool is a little cool and the hot tub was very grubby and had loads of tiles missing Im surprised no one has actually cut there foot. Overall its a cheap place to stay but with no English speaking staff and poor food quality we wont be returning.
