  Vaya panorama

  No habiamos reservado hotel en nuestra visita a Ubud porque creimos que habia mucha oferta de alojamiento, pero no era asi. Intentamos otros hoteles pero solo nos ofrecian alojamiento para una noche y éste fue el único que tenía oferta para varios dias y habitaciones libres. Son habitaciones muy grandes y totalmente desangeladas, excepto las suites que son modernas y bastante mas caras. Nos alojamos en el primer piso, disponia de una gran terraza y ibas pasando por delante de las habitaciones que tienen las puertas de doble hoja, abatibles con un agujero en cada puerta por donde pasa una cadenita y se sujeta con un candado. Las puertas tenian mas agujeros, sobretodo por la parte de abajo. El personal se amontonaba en las escaleras o en una habitacion y cuando pasabas por su lado disimulaban su poca actividad. El paisaje al jardin era muy bonito por las flores, plantas y agua pero la sala donde podias desayunar o comer bastante sucia y decoracion fatal, antigua y con poco mantenimiento. Cuando vuelva a Ubud reservare, sin duda, un lugar con buena puntuación aunque no disponga de jardin pero que sea limpio y su personal atento. Exactamente me aloje en julio 2012 y lo escribo ahora porque en su momento no lo hice y al viajar de nuevo he decidido publicarlo para evitar sorpresas a algunos viajeros como yo.

  Thank you to the beautiful staff at Panorama you are all so helpful kept my room beautiful every day. Valentine's day one of the staff members decorated my room how lovely. I look forward to my next stay at Panorama. excellent value

  Strange experience..

  Our overal experience in this hotel is not to describe.. the service was good and friendy but that was about it.. the rooms were dirty and unused for a long time.. the water from the showers smelled weird.. the location was okay but everything looked a bit out of date..

  Pleasant stay

  My partner and I stayed at the Panorama Hotel for 3 nights. Staff are friendly and helpful. The surroundings were lovely and cultural. Our bed was comfortable, sheets were clean. Although, bathroom may need an updated renovation. For the price we paid, it was worth the stay with free daily breakfast. The hotel is very central to everything. Across the street, you can hire a scooter (company name - Delly) at an affordable cost $6/per day.

  Great Massage

  My husband and I had a massage at the Panorama. The massage therapists had pamphlets outside the hotel and asked if we wanted a massage as we walked past. We were on our way back to our hotel down the road and decided to have a quick massage. The back of the hotel is run down and the massage room average so we had low expectations and quite honestly started to question our decision to have a massage there. We were very pleasantly surprised and the massages were really amazing and much better than some of the expensive massages we have had at hotels throughout our stay in Bali. At $15 each for one hour it was very good value for money so much so we are going to try and fit one more in before we leave. If you want a luxury spa this is not the place for you but if you want a really good massage give them a try.
