Poor value for moneyWhere to begin? We found the hotel charmless, the bed was hard with 2 different pillows of very poor quality, the bathroom was cold and unheated (in winter!), no hooks or towel rails, no kettle or coffee making facilities, no bedside mats. All this for 115 a night. The coffee at breakfast was good, though!

Hotel in a quiet placeAccompanied my daughter to the Panorama Hotel Set in a remote part where there is no easy transport option so a must to carry all you need. The staff are brilliant Johan/Els/Mel/other lady with dark hair and other man didnt have their names. The room was very clean and had change of towels daily but the shower was quite hard to manoeuvre and there were no hooks or towel rails also quite cold in bathroom but once main heater was on got nice and cosy. Food could be brought up to the rooms. The breakfast was on from 6:30am and you could take breakfast if you had an early start - coffee was lovely and selection of food was adequate. There was a restaurant from 6:30 - to 9.30pm food was reasonable and well presented. There is a lift we were on the 4th floor. Overall a nice welcoming feel and thank you to you lovely staff there.

Be clinic packageWell where can I start staff have been amazing from our first day arriving nothing was too much trouble! As this was part of my all inclusive package with be clinic the staff were all amazing given extra pillows when we asked and also a menu so we could have room service! Cleaned room every day! Clean room modern with lovely balcony. Food was nice. Even on the last day they have let us keep our room on till we are picked up! Lovely little quiet hotel. Aldi and McDonalds and Pizza Hut are 15 min walk up the road however we did order takeaway to be delivered from Pizza Hut which was good done it online with takeaway Brussels really straight forward. Cant thank the staff enough in the hotel! Lovely helpful people. Would defo stay again if I visit Brussels in the future.

TimewarpI'm sure for some this hotel is fine. The room itself although basic was impeccably clean. The staff friendly and helpful. Unfortunately it's where my positives end. It's a very dated hotel and feels like you've gone back 30 years. Just not for us.

Just no!So we chose the Panorama as it's recommended by be-clinic usually we use B&B Park 7 when coming to the clinic (yes I've been a few time's) but as this was a one night stay we decided to try the closest one, first impressions big block like building, not too bad, reception absolutely stinks!.. Mold damp and cigarettes? (non smoking hotel btw) lady at reception very unwelcoming. Given key and told where the room was.. Smell continues btw all around the hotel, up a very old dated set of stairs or the lift you choose, dark dingy corridor to our room, Hmmmm ok it's clean ish! But lumpy bed one pillow each, and a Ash tray? (did I mention non smoking hotel) shower room clean ish still functional but needs renovation badly! We did meet a young man who was very nice but that's it other two women no smiles paid for it seems. Was so so happy to leave and genuinely begrudge paying for the night. I'd not recommend it nor ever stay again! Maybe you get better rooms if you mention b-clinic?.. I won't find out again!... Reminded us of the shining!.. It is in the other hand a 20 minute walk to the main Rd but that is the only plus!
