  My experience

  Hotel is very beautiful but the food could have been 1000x better. The room was kept ever so clean however the hotel is extremely quite and could do with a little more entertainment not to mention one night I heard arguing amongst staff very unprofessional! This hotel needs to spend money on entertainment and bring more variety to the food and drinks menu! I found myself eating out and spending most of my time searching for things to do! This hotel would do so well if these things were up to scratch. I have stayed in much nicer places in Egypt for less money. Please do more research before you book to stay here.

  Comfortable Room & Great Brekkie

  Booked room and brekkie only as i was here to kite and wouldnt use the full board option at all. As a solo traveller I only needed a clean room with a bed and shower so opted for the Standard room and it was fine. You have a spacious room with a small sofa and coffee table along with 2 queen beds and a small balcony. Staff are extremely friendly throughout. Breakfast is a buffet with some fruits, yoghurts and cereals, cold cuts, breads, cakes, boiled eggs, omelette and eggs cooked to order, fresh pancakes, faheer and lots of fresh pita bread. The room was comfortable, the only minor annoyance was that they would play music from early in the morning until past midnight around the pool. With doors and windows closed in the lagoon facing rooms you cant hear it but hits of the 80s on a non stop loop tests most people. Just outside the front gate of the hotel isan ATM that changes most major currencies to local pounds. Downtown is a 3min stroll from the hotel. If like me and others I met, you're just after a simple clean room with brekkie, then this really did the job. Not sure i could stay onsite here as an all inclusive deal as there are some great food options in town. Note: the onsite shop is a rip off. Most things are 50-100% more expensive than the super market 5mins away in Downtown

  Amazing Hotel, location and view

  I booked the hotel through Expedia who messed up my reservation. When I reached the hotel they were unable to see my reservation. However, the Guest Relation was really helpful and managed to fix it and offered me a real nice Bungalow! The room was so comfortable and clean. Breakfast was amazing it has almost everything you can ask for. Staff are really nice and cheerful. I would definitely recommend it but not through Expedia! Special Thanks for Hamdy in the Reception he is amazing!

  Beautiful hotel

  Panorama bungalows resort the best hotel ever swimming pool is very clean and the beach also and restaurants food is very tasty also animation kiko he is very good and friendly he fo good job And all staff in the hotel friendly and ofcourse I will come back again

  Worst ever

  I booked with them and I cancelled before month and they confirmed that cancellation is free. They will not charge me and I have tier mail for that. And til today after a moth they are refusing to pay back the money Take care of them please
