  Very bad service

  This is an amazing place but the staff here are so slow. I had to wait 10 minutes just to be seated at breakfast every morning while they are chatting and gossiping with each other. The restaurant staff were also very lazy and dry faced, only 1 or 2 came in with a smile and asked if everything was ok. At the pool various times we had to ask for the menu and an umbrella, I stayed here for 4 nights and the service just got worse and worse. Everyday there was bad service even though the place was empty. Cracked walls, bad paint in the rooms, I had to pay extra for coffee and water in the morning when usually it's free. The reception staff were good but everytime I called they never answered so had to go downstairs to request something. We had another room where the coffee cups were cracked and one had water inside. It's a lovely place but they need to change their staff for them to get back to being a top resort.

  Very bad experience

  1rst - suite is nice but very bad service 2nd - unprofessional team 3rd - Breakfast is served on the table by a very unprofessional and dirty waiters 4th - the waiters and stuff without any mask and gloves breaching COVID - 19 rules 5th - Unprofessional Valet parking services 6th - jacuzzi needs maintenance and old and dirty I Don't recommend It !!!!!

  Huge failure from management

  Huge failure from management to maintain a proper service and maintenance. i choosed to stay at Pangea as a getaway from all the stress as it was recomended to me by a relative however since i came and the problems continue to appears. i am staying in a suite on the first floor with a jacuzzi who does not get full in water and the flow is very weak.Bathroom is without a curtain and they did not place one untill i told them give me the money back and i want to check out.when i take a shower the whole suite gets flooded.reception is always busy when you call them so you have to go down for anything you need.yesterday i tried the restaurant and they refused to put the bill on the suite bill so i had to go up to my room and to bring the money which is not acceptable as i am spending 3 days and for anything you need you have to carry with you money all time. honestly Pangea is not like i heard and i will not recommend at all and of course this will be the last time.

  Bad experience

  I used to like this resort alot , but was very disappointed this time.. i booked a challet with seaview but they gave us challet B6 very old and dirty room + no seaview , even the jacuzzi was soo dirty and needs maintenance... with respect to the price we paid , i do not recommend it at all ...service 0 , half staff are not wearing mask ...u order somethin they get it u after 1 hr... very bad experience

  Great resort, if only..

  I love the resort if you are not looking for a 5 star hotel. Cause the resort part is different than the hotel.. the reception and reservations were very helpful and nice. The only problem is when I called ROOM service at 5:25 and they asked me to go to restaurant as its still open. By the time I made it to the restaurant at 5:30, I was told they stopped taking orders. I was pissed so the nice Ahmad Ramadan agreed to make an exception and work over time. I really thank him but I wish the management will take care of such thing; to avoid such confusion and embarrassment to guests. Thank you.
