  Comfortable good smell room

  It was when i want to go KB and not enough time, then i decided to find a place to stay, between Kemasik and KB, then i found this The room is clean and comfortable and i buy some food for breakfast Actually i check in late around 10pm, and in the morning, i was so surprise, the surrounding is so nice, full of tree and peace, then i went to the beach, the beach is beautiful and clean

  Enjoyable for 1 Night Stay

  Room and bed is okay. The most attractive is our room it just a minute walk to the beach, here with no any visitor and the beach is clean with breezing & huge wave. Can't wait to swim after long journey arrived there. It's good spot to see the sunrise here, is a very joyful stay here.

  Terrible service

  We booked via Agoda, but when we arrived, after checking in and paying, we found that we were being given a lower-grade room than we had booked. They refused to honour the details of our booking or offer to fix the problem themselves, insisting that Agoda had made a mistake and that we had to contact Agoda ourselves to sort it out. When Agoda customer service didn't pick up our call, the reception staff refused to offer any other way forward to fix the problem or to give us the level of room that we had booked. They were rude and argumentative. We ended up having to ask for our money back and go elsewhere.

  Comfortable stay for 1 night

  We stayed for 1 night at this resort en route to the Perhentian islands. The rooms are independent wooden chalet type, quite spacious, clean and comfortable. There is a seating area too outside the room. The resort is set in lush green surroundings and the beach is relatively unspoilt. The staff are helpful and we booked a taxi to Kuala Besut jetty through them at comparable prices. The only downside is that there is no restaurant nearby and if you are without a car it is really difficult to look around for food. The staff did help us and arranged packed food for us from a nearby restaurant but it would be better if the management opens an in-house restaurant. Overall we had a memorable experience

  Natural greens

  Simple. Love the fact that this place is setup in between naturally (my guess) tall trees. No paved road only sand. No proper parking lots, but ample space if you need to park your vehicle. Nothing to boast about the room interior, but nothing to condemn as well. The buildings are mostly made of wood, so it's always cool and nice to sit on the balcony floor or even lie on your back. There are several hammocks around the premise. Mind you, sunlight is quite scarce here. You need to walk to the pool area or, the beautiful beach. You need to bring your own sheet to sit or lie on the beach. I dont remember if this premise provided any facilities for the purpose. Pool is more suitable for family and kids.
