  Second time a little disappointed

  We stayed at the Pandan a second time because of its location. Previously, we liked the hotel but there was a lot of construction noise starting at 7 am. This time there was almost no construction noise so we had a halfway good night's sleep had it not been for the air conditioning which can't really be adjusted for nighttime settings and temperature. It gets kind of cold. First time, the breakfast was ok but this time it wasn't worth sitting down for. Clearly, something they need to improve. Other than that, the room and the bathroom were clean. The staff is nice and friendly although sometimes a bit lost.

  Oldie but Comfortable Place

  We stayed on this place for one night. It was close to downtown area. The building was a bit old but quite comfortable and spacious. They also have elevator so we don't have to drag our luggage all the way to the room. The staffs were friendly and the breakfast was good. The room was clean though the overall lightning of the building was kinda dark. It was close to Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum and Russian Market, but we decided to take tuk-tuk for 1 dollar.

  One of my preferred hotels in town

  A really nice, simple hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and clean with your standard amenities, they have a good breakfast included, and its in a popular neighborhood for visitors. Its a quiet hotel and very good value for money.

  Another good stay at the Pandan Boutique

  Pandan Boutique is a nice modern hotel with clean spacious rooms located in an area with many little bars, shops, and restaurants and quite close to the independence monument. A good filling breakfast was included, good value hotel, highly recommended.

  Decent stay

  The hotel is located in a good area surrounded by coffee shops, restaurants and store for shopping. Although at night walking in the area can be a bit sketchy, and we were warned by tuk tuk drivers not to wanderer too far out of the area on foot. The room was decent enough, although it can definitely be cleaner. I had to put a scarf over my pillow as I was getting some sort of itchiness on my face. Shower was decent as well although the pressure when flushing the toilet could be better. Our room lock also malfunctioned and management had to get it fixed. As we had a tour that day, I was uneasy leaving my belongings such as luggage in the room unattended, but the manager assured me that all would be well. Everything was fine when we got back into the room, but no one mentioned anything about the incident. All in all the stay was ok for a boutique hotel.
