DisappointedWe were not expecting the ritz but as the place acclaims 4* standards I wonder where the stars come from.. Basically the place appears to be a run down apparition from the 80's when I would imagine it would have been quite up market. Time has taken it's toll and it seems the present owner has not much interest in regaining the former character and charm the property has had previously and could easily have again.. The staff are attentive but in the same way downhearted for the same reasons in my perspective. In my view and in many others by the look of things there are many nicer places to stay in the area

AVOID AT ALL COSTI made a reservation with booking on this place for one night. We were a couple. When we arrived to make the check in they told us that there were no room for us because all rooms were booked. Being february out of season is very hard to beliebe and we made the reservation so there is no justification for that. There were also a couple arguing with them for the same reason so it seems is a usual situation. The plan is that they offer you to take you to another hotel far from the sea so you pay the same for a worse place. We did not accept that and we needed to argue a lot for cancelling the reservation. The funny thing is that minutes later two groups arrived to make the chek in and they had rooms for them so they were lying us on the face. The manager was telling us lies all the time and the receptionist denied us the complaint document so we left that place an booked on other place. At least booking give us back the money back.

DisappointedThis place isnt worth it. Firstly the whole building is disgusting, dirt everywhere, from the lift to the stairs. The A/C is broken and its August for Gods sake. No shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom, but dont worry you can buy those in the mini market of the hotel, if youre lucky you can find one thats not from 1998. I wasnt. The safe in our room wasnt working. And the sign in the reception said that if you lose something they dont take any responsibility. The tv shuts by itself every 10 minutes, it gets annoying, they said they were kitchenettes but that was a lie as well. They are understaffed, the bellhop is the bartender plus the mini market cashier. Dont waste your money here. If youre afraid of COVID 19 you should avoid this place, due to the cleanliness or lack of

Worst Hotel in Paphos. Avoid it!Terrible place to stay, evwn worst staff. Well, i will start with the staff first. Managwment is completely clueless about anything you ask. Staff barely speak english. The nicest staff was thr cleaning lady. She is adorable. Air conditioning was broken for 4 out of 6 day stay. It was 33-36 C. Comunication is applaing and borderline rude. Sheets and towels are only changed every 4 days. Drinks at the bar are lukewarm. Swimming pool is dirty, also no jumping, no music, no drink, no food, no inflatables... well you can stand sill in the pool, though. Car Parkint is limited to few spots, leaving you to park in an adjacent field (crop). Premises are rundown. It looks like it have been stuck in the early 80's. Also, bloody expensive rates. Avoid this at all costs, this hotel made.my experience in Cyprus to be dreadful.

Disgusting Place and Staff Terrible1. The Hotel was in the middle of nowhere with nothing around it. It was a 35 min walk to the closest strip of restaurants. 2. States that this place is 4*. This is totally untrue. This is at best 2*. The place is outdated, not maintained, dirty and there was mould on the walls. It's the first 4*??? that I have stayed in with no toiletries supplied and they only change the towels every 4 days???? That would have meant our towels would be changed once during our stay. 3. The staff were so unprofessional and not the least bit friendly. We arrived early Saturday morning and didn't really see the place until the next morning. The door handle was falling off, the safe was unserviceable and the linen smelt stale. The floors were filthy also. We attempted to make the most of it. 4. After coming back from the closest town approx 8pm on that Saturday, we informed the reception that we would be down for dinner before 9pm. When we got down at 8.40 we were informed the kitchen was closed for the night. Staff again were very unprofessional when dealing with this. As the place had nothing in the area, I went to the Hotel's mini market to get some food to discover they didn't have any, two packets of turkey in the fridge that were out of date by a week. 5. We decided if we stay here, it will become a holiday from hell. The next morning I booked a proper 4*hotel (King Jason) at a further cost in Paphos. This was what a 4* hotel should be.
