  worse restaurant in Ghana

  My experience at the Atinka restaurant was sad and disappointing I did not have high hopes or any expectations, but it couldn't have got any worse. right from arrival, the welcome was poor we had to wait awhile for them to decide who was going to serve as. the waitress came around minutes after and asked if we were ready to order our food without even presenting us with menus. After another wait, she finally came with the menus and I ordered for a milkshake and she said let me advise you not to have that because you will not like it. I surprisingly ask why and she said it is prepared with one scoop of ice cream and you will not enjoy it, this was so unprofessional and unacceptable if it's that bad it should either be worked on or taken out of the menu. The menu was so long each dish can serve an entire country, sadly they did not have almost everything on the menu. I order for a pepper steak which had a strange soup-like sauce with a strange smell and a strange taste and unfortunately, it was meant to be peppercorn sauce but it had thick slices of canned mushrooms in it, I literally had to scrape it off my steak. It was bad.The only thing I enjoyed was the music even though it sounded like I was in the club.The management of Paloma needs to make it a point to train their staff because there is nothing worse than bad food and bad service and staff that do not even believe in what they are selling.

  EVALUATING PALOMA'S AMENITIES AND SERVICES

  As previously suggested, services were not up to par -e.g., frequent blackouts, meal trays sitting outside for a couple of days (an eyesore), not making available checklist for laundry purposes, etc. I have stayed at Paloma for the past four to five years and my honest observation is that things are not what used to be. Significant improvements are needed across the board and soon.

  Atinka Restaurant

  I been here since 7:36pm to be exact myself and my husband and daughter ordered food. Its now 10:11pm and we still did not get our food. Their food is fresh I give them credit for that but their service is freaking terrible. We are hungry why are we waiting this long to eat, huh. Why? All we have was beverages all This time. They are so slow mind you its only 2 other couples here when we walked in.

  Family Dinner

  Lovely buffet. Lovely service Very affordable prices. The food was good and the staff were patient. The restaurant has a lovely ambience. Its a nice place to have parties, quiet dinner cos the packages are cool

  Wonderful weekend

  The environment was serene and conducive for relaxation. We had a wonderful time and experience there. The only thing I didnt find appealing was that, they never came to clean the room even when we were out for fun.
