Avoid this placeDesperately in need of refurbishment. The hotel is geared up to cater for Russian package holidays, anything else is seems to be an inconvenience. We had a deluxe beach villa, location brilliant, rest well below average. Shower tepid if you are lucky, nearly always cold. We complained about no hot water in the basin in the bathroom and was told that only cold water is plumbed into the sink! The wi-fi is terrible to non existent. Breakfast poor, only bland Russian breakfast available I could go on but won't, find somewhere else to stay

Not worth comingI broke my knee yesterday and checked in at Little Moscow (Palmira) for the night. There are almost only russian speaking guest there. Paid 75 USD for a big room at the beachfront. Sadly the A/C didnt work so there came a guy to «repair» it. The reception might have sent a cat instead, I sure the resault would be the same. So I was humping on crutches all the way back to the room after eating on the other side of the street only to find out that the A/C still didnt work. No chance of walking all the way back to the reception so I grabbed the phone to notice the reception. So far so good but the phone didnt work eighter. Tried to connect my phone to wifi to send the hotel a message but none of the networks available responded to anything. Connection seems ok but the speed is so poor you cannot send or download anything. To lower the sweating temp in the room I had to keep the door wide open trough the night. At 4:49 I woke up from a big slam and a lot of noice from the second floor when the guest upstairs starting pushing furnitures or something over the floor. The breakfast buffet contained everything you need and more. The staff however was running around like headless chickens without even looking at you. None of them had any level of english so there was no point of trying to get some assistance to carry my breakfast to my table. Three times other guests offered me some help while the numberious staff descretly watching while pretending to be busy doing something else. Tried to complain at the frontdesk but very limited english knowledge by the staff made any conversation impossible. Ended up just leaving the Palmira humping on my crutches simply shaking my head. I was so upset I left my shirt and glasses there but I rather buy new ones instead of humping back the. I guess there is no sense of sending a note to the resort since there probably aint nobody capable of reading an english mail. Or care about the content. Very low level of service, communication and technical level at this massively overprized hotel. Stay away if you aint looking for a night in hell..

Faded Glory..still many good pointsThis hotel has seen its best days, and is overly geared to Russian tourists. Still, it has remained parts of its glory, with a beautiful garden and great location on the beach. The rooms were spacious, and the shower was warm. If you are kiting in Mui Ne its smack on the best part of the beach, at a reasonable price. However, be aware that the internet is almost not working, that the pool feels dirty (maybe just old tiles?) and that our aircondition on max still led to a lukewarm room at night. Not ok. The included breakfast is ok, but the lunch was _really_ overpriced and a bit sad (sorry, we dont have chicken today). So expensive that lunch here was our most expensive meal in Mui Ne, after a weeks stay. Plenty of good restaurants outside though.
