  Do not stay here if you want to eat!!!!

  Rooms clean. Pool area ok. Food totally inedible, disgusting. So not 5*, pushing it to say 3*. Even the salad & chips taste foul. How can you get these basic things wrong? Were having to spend lots of money Eating out when paid for all inclusive but just cannot stomach the food & were not fussy eaters at all! Drinks watered down & the rose wine tastes like medicine! Nasty cheap firewater. Thank god for Crosbys across the road.

  Very Poor Hotel

  This hotel is definitely not a 5 star, don't be fooled by the pictures. The pictures are deceiving. We stayed for a week in Sept and were really disappointed with every thing about the hotel. The food was the worst thing, we had stopped eating in the hotel after 2 days. I'm not the only person complaining but most guests who I spoke to felt the same. The male staffs especially in the kitchen were rude and seemed not happy to be working there. I stayed at another hotel for a week before coming to this one and see my review for the other one as the whole experience was amazing so the hotel can't blame the Pandemic. I think its a management issue which needs to be looked at. The hygiene is extremely poor, I would not recommend this to anyone who is looking for a 5 star hotel and I for sure would not be staying there again.

  Extremely poor standards of food

  Our hotel was changed by our booking agent last minute as this was a comparable hotel...IT WAS NOT EVEN CLOSE! The food was completely inedible even down to the oven chips which they couldnt even get right. The food was cold I dont think the heated trays were ever switched on. I appreciate Covid measures in place and therefore a member of staff was serving each customer. However apart from total lack of customer service the system was flawed with queues out the door as only one member of staff serving from the salad bar. (This was the only palatable thing). The all inclusive drinks were diabolical the beer although poured from an EFES pump was certainly watered down cheap beer. The wine tasted awful and was informed they spend 10 Turkish lira for a bottle of their wine? Due to these reasons my family were forced to eat out every day which we had not budgeted for. Most of the staff are completely inhospitable apart from the luggage man and our wonderful cleaner who always said hello with a ready smile. The entertainment was woeful to the point of non existent, I felt for the one guy who tried to drum up business for bingo. The same songs were played over & over again everyday around the pool. The pool area & rooms were clean so there is one positive. The hotel Rep also told us that the complaints about food are always the same. So why do they not read the reviews and fix the problem. I highly recommend Cosbys across the road who do a roaring trade with guests from Palm World!

  Very average hotel

  THE FOOD IS AWFUL - do not come here if you like to eat good food. It's cold, bland and random. The staff are rude - you go to the bar to get a drink to be greeted by the worlds rudest bar man, he clearly doesn't enjoy his job. (If i had one bit of advice to the hotel owner: get new staff). They told us to come to reception 40 minutes before our transfer was going to collect us (this was at 2am in the morning and an extra 40 mins in bed would have been nice). They didn't care, take ownership of the mistake or apologise. On a side note: the pool area and the rooms are quite nice. We ate out everyday and spent the majority of our holiday out of the hotel. If you want a chilled holiday relaxing around the hotel, I wouldn't stay here!

  Extremely poor hotel

  Do not book here. Definately not a 5 stars, more 2 star. Beds uncomfortable and a flimsy sheet on the bed , food disgusting and very poor choice. Unable to eat here after 1 day. Sewage smell. unhelpful and unhappy staff. Pictures do not reflect the state of the hotel. Covid to blame for poor customer service, poor food, etc. Other customers complaining that they would have to check out and very disappointed. We will never stay her again. Awful
