  Last minute deal....

  We arrived on 30th September for 9 days and first impression of the hotel was lovely. The all inclusive package was a great deal for what we paid but sadly the food let the hotel down big time. It was very bland, cold and very turkish with not much choice im afraid! The hotel Bar staff were attentive but the snack bar staff were rude and ignored you on the basis they did not understand you. The hotel shop was very expensive too, £2.50 for a small carton of milk which we had to buy as the maid did not replenish out tray every day, neither did she replenish our mini fridge. The only thing to rave about was the Turkish bath & Massage I had, it was the best! This is not a 5* star, I would say more a 3/4*. Would not go back either.....

  Lovely Place...

  Thank you for a lovely week in a really beautiful hotel. All the staff, all of you were extremely helpful and went out of your way to make our stay, in somewhat, turbulent times, very relaxed and enjoyable. Thank you for upgrading us to a swim up room, it made our stay even more special.. So, my review.... Spotlessly clean, our room, 502, was cleaned daily at our request, towels, bedding, all changed.. the beds, we had 3, were extremely comfortable and the main bed was huge, which is lovely in a hot country... all the rooms were air conditioned and had TV... theres a mini bar which is complimentary, soft drinks though. The shower was super powerful and spacious... the whole bathroom was huge and everything you need was supplied.. no point taking shower gel and shampoos really.... Theres a safe, large wardrobes and hangers... plenty of space to relax in the room and on the veranda, we had 4 loungers, table and chairs and of course our own private slightly shared pool, and just a short walk to one of the main pools, which we did use everyday due to the sun not hitting our area until 1ish... thats gods doing, it the hotels... Theres 3 main pools, and the one near us did play music from 10-5pm, that is my only complaint, that was OTT for me, but, it the end of the world. The bars and restaurants were great.. Lunch time food, for the All Inclusive was, pretty much the same youd get anywhere else... I wasnt Turkish food, I wish it was, but Im sure the hotel has catered for the majority that want fries, burgers and kebab lunches... theres plenty of salads and fruit if you want it, theres always a good selection of meat and pasta dishes... this said, this was form the pool bar/restaurant, we never went up to the main restaurant, Im sure their selection wouldve been a lot more. The evening menu, let me just say, if you couldnt find a meal amongst the huge selection offered, that you enjoyed, them you have a very limited palette.. Were big eaters, and love food, and not once did we not find a beautiful meal. We did stay in for 2 nights and ordered off the room service menu, you pay for it, its so cheap, and I mean cheap, and the food it delicious, we had 4 or 5 items as a selection and it was too much food for £14 Sterling!!!! So, what else can I say, we hired a car at the airport, waste of money, taxis are so cheap... we went to the beach and took a 2 hour boat trip... great time.. We went to the spa and got pampered stupid for 2 hours, I can honestly say, Ive never felt so relaxed... worth every penny (it was 50 each for 2 hours of pure heaven) Id like to thank all the staff, who, during this weird time made myself and my fiancé feel relaxed, welcome and most importantly safe...   hotel itself is immaculate an spotless rooms are lovely , the drinks are lovely an strong bartenders an housekeeping are excellent the food is only thing what let's it down maybe due to covid but service is slow an kiddies portions the turkish al la cart was ok but couldn't eat it due to meat being tough didnt complain which was a shame all in all if you're looking for a lovely hotel with everything you need beach relaxation indulge then this is for you couldn't fault hotel just food let it down thank you palm wings ephesus for a nice holiday

  Good Large comfy beds Aircon in rooms very good Shower very powerful Large modern rooms The hotel is on seafront Good covid prevention Spa very clean. Shops are no hassle WiFi good Big variety of pools, including adults only Staff very friends Hotel very clean Small improvements No sheet, just blanket on bed Gym poor, often the treadmills werent working correctly Hair dryer poor (as always) No mats for sunbeds, uncomfy No bike hire as advertised
