  Reasonably priced spot without much thrills

  We booked a house at this place for several days to relax. While the pictures on the booking website promised a well maintained resort, the reality shocked us at the first sight. Actually, I would not call this a resort. Rather it is a gated town house community without meaningful resort features. Cleanliness CAN be an issue here. When we checked in, our apartment was not as clean as expected. When we reported this issue to the reception, the housekeeping team cleaned our apartment while we were on the beach. While the neighbourhood is very sleepy and calm, the nearby beach (about 10 minutes by foot) is not a convincing argument to stay here. Moreover, you really need a car to get here. We did not eat at the restaurant or cook at the apartment but went out every night to tasty seafood restaurants. The rather smallish pools are freezing cold but relatively clean. If you are looking for a reasonably priced base in this area without much thrills and you have your own car, this place is ok.

  Relaxing Ambience Ideal for Groups

  The resort is about 15 kms from Pattaya main town. Easily accessible by cabs and tuk tuk. Very courteous staff, there is a pool, restaurant and spa on the property. You can book a villa with a private pool for a group. The rooms have a kitchenette so you can cook your own food if you would like. Overall good.

  Not bad, but difficult to reach. Pretty expensive for what it is.

  If you do not have a car or a driver, forget about it. The breakfast is one of the worst breakfast I ever had in a hotel. If you are looking for something quite with a small swimming pool, not bad. The two room suites are pretty old and need maintenance.

  Noce resort- great family units with 2 bedroons and living arewa/ kitchen. Some of the fittings are a bit dated but thats OK. No retstaurat really - breakfast typical resort fare - gets you started. Good location for bpth waterparks in the area - otherwise isolated YOU DO NEED A CAR. Nice restaurat at top of the street - Eat Silly as well as around the lower corner - mexican and bar food Fajitas- both walking distance Overall was a nice stay - 2 pools and ample chills spaces. - I would visit again of goinbg to the water parks .

  Recommend this hotel highly

  Stayed in a two-bedroom apartment. Perfect for a family of four. Beautifully decorated, clean with each bedroom having its own bathroom and tv. Downstairs there was a kitchen and another half bathroom and a living room with tv. The property had two pools and a spacious dining room serving breakfast with eggs, breakfast meats, juices, coffee and te as well as fresh fruit. Service was excellent and there was adequate parking. The property was easy to find and well located to restaurants, attractions and the beaches. The entire family enjoyed our stay and will return in the future.
