  I have stayed at this hotel many times since 1990 usually with my family. Staff are very friendly, food good and the swimming pool is excellent. The location is great as the area is not too noisy but close to the beach, shops and eateries.

  nice location

  i stayed here with my husband and kid for the holidays. this is a quaint hotel with old furnishings and architecture but its clean and convenient. the public transportation is just a step out of the hotel. the famous Terminal 21 mall is just across making all the needs for traveling easy. there are fruit stands and vendors too. it has a big quiet pool. the staff are helpful and polite. this is a place if you want to stay away from the noise and party. thankyou Palm Garden hotel.

  its always been good to back at Palm garden , but on the way to hotel was a bit of bed experience.. there are two bus company's operate bus service to Pattaya. always takes the bus operate by Roung Roy... because that bus stops at main stand where you can get connected shuttle to your hotel. stay at Palm garden was enjoyble..........as always.

  Great place for the price

  Staff really nice and helpful. Allowed me an extra late checkout while waiting for taxi. Didn't eat there so can't comment on restaurant. Excellent location with Baht buses outside. Terminal 21 opposite. Very clean rooms, comfy bed and fresh bedding. Rooms are slightly dated but there's plenty like that at twice the price. Very quiet at night as well. Will definitely stay again

  Terrible hotel, nothing like the pictures or description, plastic bed linen -AVOID!

  I stayed here because it was close to the bus pickup for Wonderfruit and it said there was a safe for belongings in the room. The hotel is horribly outdated and there wasn't a safe in the room. Upon arrival i was asked to sign a form indemnifying the hotel if anything was stolen from the room, I was a little surprised by this having booked many hotels in Thailand - this is the first time this has happened. When I asked about the safe the staff said I could leave in a lock box behind the receptionist, not ideal but okay, later when I came back to the hotel I wanted to take out some items I was told I couldn't access until 9am the next day! The sheets were horrible and had plastic underneath, very uncomfortable and the manager was a barefaced liar when I explained that I will change hotel he would refund for the 3 nights I decided not to stay, he later changed his mind. I lost the money for those 3 nights but the hotel was so bad Im happy i didn't stay there...Really a terrible hotel
