  Depends what u want

  Had to make a number of phone calls as there was no reception, & key was left in a safe outside flat. A bit scary at night but quiet & also near shops & restaurants. I would not walk alone at night. Flat was fairly new, so easier to clean (which we did) but 1) cleaner never turned up (as we were promised). 2)Stuck with Arabic TV for 10 days, again not so much of an issue for me but never realised why we were promised that we get access to British channels when they had no intention for this. Overall we had a good time. Just annoyed with false promises. There was no need for that. I would appreciate honesty.

  Do not stay here !

  My son booked number 9 palm villa for a family holiday which was through James villas, Everything looked great upon arrival but on our return to the villa after a meal out for a maximum of two hours we had been burgled. It left us devastated with the certain belongings taken . James villas say they are not liable as villa was adequately repaired and offered a replacement, but unfortunately for us in the same vicinity . We had a six month old baby with us and felt unsafe to stay here, we are still seeking a refund.

  Villa 50 - Cyprus in the Sun

  Totally misled by Cyprus in the Sun. Booked one of their Gold rated Villas. Received something well short of Bronze perhaps Tin would be a more appropriate rating? Their website promises all the management and customer service support you would expect. With this reassurance on our arrival we expected a stunning blue pool, clean linen and sun loungers for all guests. Unfortunately we got a murky green pool, dirty soiled linen, ripped sun loungers and chairs (see pics as evidence). All these things couldve and shouldve been been sorted before our arrival. As a company you dont make mission statements on your own website without being able to deliver. This points to a complete lack of planning and preparation. If you have made a booking with Cyprus in the Sun, my advice would be to contact them prior to departure and get in writing that all preparations have been completed. If not your concerns on arrival will be seen as nit picking and the owner of Cyprus in the Sun will deflect his own responsibility by claiming you are money grabbers. If you havent booked anything yet I would seriously consider going with one of the larger companies who do provide great villas customer service and management. After-all your holiday time is important and meant to be stress free.

  First and definitely not the last

  First time staying in a villa and BERRY PALM VILLA did not disappoint. Very clean, spacious and So many amenities. Great room on the drive for our hire car. Great welcomed air con throughout the villa. Fridge freezer a god send for stocking up goodies from the local Lidl back towards Protaras strip. The washing machine meant I didnt have any dirty laundry when I got home. My two teenagers were delighted with their own bedrooms, as were my husband and I with our on suite. Toilet downstairs was also a great benefit when hopping out of the pool. Then there was THE POOL! AMazing highlight of the villa. Clean and great size. Cleaner came around most morning to clean it. .Used it from morning till late night when we werent out and about. Plenty of clean comfortable sun loungers and a patio table and chairs to relax and cool off under. Great outside shower to rinse in before and after using the pool BBQ- we did use it but be warned it is a traditional skewer bbq and you need to buy coals and firelighters. Tip- Dont have too many electrical items running at once as it may tripped the power supply to the villa as it just cant cope! Other than that I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VILLA as we had the best chilled out time ever.

  in general we're satisfied, but..

  We're re looked for such hotel option, where you have your own water pool during stay. There only several we're found. This one was nearest. Good n big rooms, clean water pool. but a bit more expensive that we expected. not bad as conclusion
