  Beautiful Zante Hotel

  We stayed at the Pallas Hotel Laganas last 2 weeks through Covid19 on island. We cannot praise the wonderful team at the Pallas anymore polite staff ,lovely food and selection of drinks .Very clean felt safe at hotel.Pool and outdide area immaculate. Rooms cleaned and fresh bedding and towels each day.Made a lovely base for us .Happy staff and helpful reception staff.Would definitely recommend this hotel .Hope to visit the beautiful island again soon and stay at the Pallas hotel again.

  Fabulous

  This was my 11th visit in 20 yrs but 10 yrs since I last went. Of course it's changed it was self catering now it's all inclusive, the rooms have had a decor update and new beds, safes in the rooms but it still felt like my 2nd home. Did miss Dimitris coffees, their club sandwich and garlic bread with tomato, feta, herbs and a dash of tabasco. This has been replaced with a fabulous choice of desserts and salads as for the hot food there was a lot of choice but found it quite samey, saying that most of it was tasty maybe a bit more Greek cuisine and more choice for little ones would improve that. There were 3 set meal times, 2 set snack times and the pool bar was open 10:30am til 11:00pm. The hotel is in a perfect location far enough from the bright lights and bump bump of Laganas strip but close enough to walk to. The only noise/s you may hear is the cockeral and dog in the property next door to the hotel. The road to the hotel from the strip is dark but it is much better lit than I remember. The bins were emptied daily and due to Covid there was probably reduced cleaning of the rooms/change of towels but not that you would notice. The hotel has always been geared towards families and couples and a few times may have been spoilt by the groups of young men and women but a holiday is what you make it. I will add over the years people have been asked to leave because of their bad behaviour. Want to say thank you to Yanis, Mimika, Babis, Vivian, Dina and Dimitri for their warm welcome back and as Mimika said a lot of memories have been made just my late husband wasn't part of this years. Hope to be back in 2021!

  1st Holiday at Laganas

  The Pallas hotel was a great hotel to stay in for the week. In total there was 9 of us (3 in each room) and the rooms were lovely and cleaned daily. Just feel like the bathrooms needed to be a bit more spacious. The pool and bar was lovely, could not fault it only thing is due to being all inclusive I feel the food wasnt very good, wasnt tasty and the same choice seemed to be on most days meaning me and my friends ended up eating out in the restaurants near the end of the holiday. Staff were lovely, always willing to help. Loved my week at the Pallas hotel but the walk to the strip was a bit annoying if I wanted the supermarket throughout the day. Already got my holiday booked for next year to Laganas but staying at a different hotel. Thanks for the wonderful memories Pallas Hotel

  Pallas hotel laganas

  Very basic hotel visited for holiday !rexeption staff were very helpful and pleasant , the Bar Staff were ignorant With the exception of Alex a very nice young man ! Others only spoke to The youngsters and was Very rude at times ! One was constantly looking at his mobile phone and ignored you waiting at the bar ! The other Chris was very rude and ignorant! One drink per person rule was ridiculous ! But only applied to certain people as we saw others getting a few at a time per person ( if your face fitted ) the rooms were basic but clean we had a problem with shower which was sorted after 2 days! The food was repetitive very much the same for the 10 days ! Due to covid the waiters served food to you but in very small portions had to keep asking for more ! And the looks you got off the waiters made you feel greedy !!!! Mid day Snacks were disgusting onion ring in a roll!!!! ! No choice at all! Pool area clean but you had to be up at 6am to get A sun bed!! ! We walked the half hour trail to beach most days as nowhere to sit most days !!!! Also no entertainment whatsoever As stated so the evenings were very very boring with most people just sat looking at there mobile phone !!! Bar shut at 11pm dead on !!!! Wont be returning

  Perfect Covid break

  Location was far enough from the main Laganas strip to avoid the usual mayhem, but easy walking distance to shops, although about 25 minutes to the beach. Despite only being open 3 weeks when we arrived they were well set up for Covid etc, despite the best efforts of some fellow Brits to ignore them... The hotel staff were all excellent, especially the 3 bar staff, but as mentioned on other reviews Alex was exceptionally helpful. The food was great, the chef going to great lengths to keep it interesting & varied. The pool was great, but got a bit busy & loud for us in the afternoon so we headed off to the beach instead. Very close to 5*s, but all-inclusive should be just that, not extra cost for room safe & air-con.
