  Terriblemente sucio

  Realmente se ve que no limpian para nada bien, el espejo, la tina, todo sucio, con gotas de agua marcadas, el espejo se veia super sucio, el piso ni se diga, polvo por todos lados, la estufa y refrigerador tambien sucios, huele horrible después de que pasas el lobby, pagamos 256 dls por la habitación porque reservamos de ultimo momento y de verdad que para nada vale la pena por un hotel de esa calidad. No tires tu dinero a la basura.

  Wouldnt recommend

  I have had a nightmare experience today July 23 2020 I made it to Myrtle beach 2 hrs earlier than expected. I called the hotel to see if I could check in early. The front desk tells me if I check in before 4pm then it would be an additional $60, mind you its 2pm. I declined and said nevermind ill wait. She then tells me I could check in at 3pm free of charge. I said ok.. she then goes to say oh yea there will be $100 deposit cash or card. I said for what? She says its protocol. So now its 3pm I pull up to check in and there clearly is a different person then I originally spoke to. She goes to say oh its a $250 cash deposit or $100 card deposit on top of what you pay fir the room. Im like I just called and someone else told me it was $100...... ok whatever.... I continue to check in and she tells me oh we almost gave your room away... now im furious... she also says well your room isnt clean so come back in an hour...now im totally pissed. So we go to the pool to pass time check in fast forward 6 hrs. I go to get in the bed and the sheets are filled with sand... im done , over it , pissed and filled with anger. I will never stay here again and to top it off the other room in the units ceiling is coming off in pieces on top of the bed and the tv has NO REMOTE!!! Never again !

  DO not give this company your money...

  Don't believe anything positive about this hotel. I have been trying to get my $400 refund since Aug 22, 2020 because of black mold in the room and cockroaches in the restroom. I stayed elsewhere. OYO is a very poorly run/not very guest-oriented company. They are all over the world, and I will not stop until I've reached every media outlet to destroy their reputation - if they haven't done it to themselves already.

  Do Not Stay Here

  It looks nice on outside but the rooms smell stale, ceiling had mold across half the room, refrigerator was full of mold I requested a different room & was a given a key only to find that one worst than the one i was already in, killed several roaches, sheets were dingy...they put in for full service housekeeping next morning & all she did was give fresh towels...horrible go somewhere else i wish i read the reviews before going there

  Worse hotel Ive ever stayed in

  This hotel was terrible, to check in was over an hour wait. The staff did not practice social distancing and they did not wear any mask or cleaned after serving a guest they have no secured parking and the only parking lot thats near the hotel is under it like a basement. Unfortunately, that place has about 10 parking spaces. In turn the other parking spaces are not near the hotel. My husband and I stayed for one night, and when we woke up the next morning our the floor was soaked with water! The water was about 2 inches and our luggage was soaked! I have video and pictures of water coming from behind the broken toilet. Other guest on the same hallway had the same problem and guest below us rooms and hallways were flooded. The staff was very rude and blamed all the guest for the flooding. Will not recommend!
