  Good hotel

  Good hotel the Staff are very collaborators food is delicious the only problem is the distance from Alharam it is not suited for the elderly. THe is a free bus but still can't reatch a near point from Alharam

  was nice stay

  it was good hotel has nice restaurant and coffee shop, I advice to stay in that hotel for not so far from Haram bus is 24 hours services , so you can be in haram from hotel after 5 minutes by bus by walk 10 M

  Nightmare during Hajj

  Had stayed in the hotel during Hajj and the staff was very rude and the hotel had their timing for using the dining facility they used to switch off the lights in the lobby terrible behaviour they tried their best to make us as uncomfortable as posible

  Poor Hotel

  This hotel is very bad in everything, the room cleaning was done after a lot of asking, the receptionists are not supporting you, no business center, no shuttle to the Holy mosque because the distance is too far, rooms amenities are very old, when I asked about the internet they told us it is broken.

  Average Hotel -- 8 minutes walk from Haram

  I stayed here in 2012, it was way better at that time. But now, its not that good. Bed sheets were not clean. Room was not very clean either. Bathroom sanitary fittings were awful. Looks like they need complete overhaul. But with the price the value of money is there. I spent time here with kids. Staff is nice, breakfast is ok, but not too many options. Haram is close, if you can walk from 5 to 10 minutes. They used to have free shuttle to haram. But now its not there.
