First time to Rhodes wont be the last
We are 8 days into a 14 day holiday, the cleanest, friendliest hotel you could ever wish for. Maria and all the staff could not do enough for you, the other guests are all so friendly too. Genuinely feels like you have known them all forever. The rooms are spacious and well cleaned daily. The hotel is situated ten minutes from the airport and fifteen minutes (taxi) to both the new and old town. Weather has been great, will be sad to leave but sure to return.

Last minute plans
We booked here 3 days before travelling after our original holiday was cancelled due to covid. This hotel is close to the airport but is on the main road from the Airport. Walking to nearest bars is okay, about 20 minutes walk. 2 bakery/coffee shops nearby. Be aware there is only a footpath on one side & in places was quite dark. The rooms are large & well equipped with comfy beds. 45 euros extra for air con. Bit steep I thought however glad we had it for the hot days we had. Balcony looked overlooking the road so not a place to sit & relax really as road noisy, however it was a sun trap. Once doors shut we did not notice the noise. Obviously used to be flower beds that are no more & can imagine were they tended to it would add so much to the front aspect. Our rooms were attended to most days & were spotless. Plenty of wardrobe space. Would have appreciated a lamp at bedside but was only a minor issue. Pool clean & plenty of beds for the week we were there. Pool bar tended by Maria - she is great, cant do enough for you & was smitten with all children & treated them so well. She knew all their names, had them all in check & genuinely appeared to love their presence. We ate at the snack bar most lunchtimes. Highly recommend the Souvlaki Pita - to die for & only 3 euros. Greek salad good also! The main bar was tended by Yannis every night, again very friendly, thinks hes a comedian & LOVES sport. Not our cup of tea but thankfully played some good tunes (on the whole) instead of the football commentary! Very relaxed atmosphere, so helpful, cant do enough for you & Maria & Yannis made the holiday along with other guests. Hotel close to Rhodes town - 2.50 euro on bus each way. Bus stops right outside hotel or they will organise taxi for you (about 15 euro in cab). Local bars etc okay, despite covid & end of season there was enough open. You can see it would ordinarily have more to offer locally but naturally this year is like no other. If you want a friendly, relaxed place to holiday its here.

Lovely Hotel
I can't say anything bad about this hotel. The rooms are very spacious and were cleaned often, the pool area is lovely and there are 2 bars, a snack bar and restaurant. The best thing about the hotel? Giannis and Maria! This brother and sister team are friendly and funny. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left they genuinely couldn't do enough for us and we really felt like friends not guests. Along with the 2 cooks in the pool bar and restaurant they cooked food to order that wasn't even on the menu. Giannis ordered drinks that weren't in stock. They helped other quests with car hire and currency exchange. They arranged taxis and recommended places to visit. They dealt with every query or issue (not that there was anything major for us) quickly and efficiently. I must also give a special mention to taxi driver Giannis who not only took us places in his taxi but also kept us entertained with his friendly banter and humour when he visited the hotel bar after his evening shifts. I would not hesitate to go back to this hotel. Thank you team Paleos, you helped make our holiday great. I hope you enjoy your winter break!

Excellent apartments. Well run by a friendly family team.
This was a last minute booking for a family group of 13. From the minute we arrived the staff couldnt do enough and this continued throughout our stay. It was only a ten minute walk to the centre of Ialysos so ideally placed. I would highly recommend.

We stayed here for a week and it's was lovely, the owners couldn't do enough for us. Our 4 year old boys loved the staff who made pancakes for them specially everyday and were so helpful and friendly. My little boy left his Teddy and they even sent it back to us which made his day. The rooms were lovely. Great play area and pool area highly recommend
