  The worst Hotel in Japan!

  We visited this hotel on 1/30-2/1. The hotel sent a minivan to bring visitors (5 adults and 2 kids) but without luggages on the first day. After arguing, only 4 luggages were allowed due to reservation of snowboarding class next day by the hotel. Other people especially my parents could only take few personal stuffs in the extremely cold weather. On the second day, the hotel cancelled its 14:30 shuttle with no advance notice and said they could only send us at 16:30 and wouldn't bring us back. WTF, I reserved 3 rooms for 2 days and they just said that!!? How about my second night stay with paid in advance?What a terrible service I've never experienced. Poor hot spring space, food and location, terrible service and staffs!!! BTW, there was no one can speak English or other foreign language in this hotel, even one sentence!! I thought that is the main reason the manager never showed up and explained to us. We'll never stay in this hotel again!

  Amazing Resort

  Visited Palcall with my girlfriend this February to learn how to snowboard and had an amazing time. The staff were incredibly friendly, from the person who picks you up from the train station, to the front desk, to the ski rental operators all the way through to the wait staff serving the food. Rooms were spacious and clean, food was great with a buffet in the morning and evening. The skiing in the resort is really good as well, with lots of runs for both beginners to advanced. I really recommend this place for couples, families or even with a group of friends!
