  Enjoyable close to the beach

  We had a great time. Staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke English well. . The room was just as we had expected and the bed was comfy. The hotel had everything we needed, breakfast included but my favourite was the location near the beach. I'll be coming back.

  Again a wonderful stay

  After having stayed here in May this year, we decided to return to Da Nang and the palazzo hotel. This time we stayed 8 nights. Again we found our room to be spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable again, even for a tall person like myself. The shower was great. Maybe not the most spacious, but frankly we couldn't care less. The very best about palazzo hotel however is beyond any doubt Ms. Hue. Contrary to other staff, her English is good and she is the most service minded receptionist we have ever met so far. My suggestion for management of palazzo hotel: when you open up palazzo II in 2019, make sure Ms Hue will get a managerial role over your staff - no doubt she will help increase the service level of palazzo even further.

  Cheated hotel.

  Cheated hotel & management. I made the reservation for 3 nights via Booking.com then later for less than 12 hours I cancelled because of the plan changed so I had to pay for the cancellation fee for 1 night which is okay but they charged me the total 3 nights, after charged for the whole 3 nights one of their staff send me an email they accidentally charged for 3 nights and asked if I still would like them to keep me the room I said no just refund me the rest of the 2 nights. 2 weeks later I got a refund only 1 night back, I emailed them and asked they said they apologized and will send me the refund as soon as possible up until now nothing. Personally I never stayed at this hotel and I will never make any reservation with this hotel ever again. CHEATED HOTEL.

  Room for improvement.

  Stayed 5 nights. Staff are very friendly. Beds comfy. Shower is great. Near the beach and lots of mini markets and restaurants near. Takes only a short taxi ride into town. We did have a few problems. The room was not clean. There was dust and hair on the floor. The table was sticky with coffee spills. The ceiling fan was missing and the smoke alarm very dirty. There were wires showing and a hole in the ceiling. Breakfast is ok but tea was cold. The cleaning staff wake you early with their noisy chatter.

  Comfortable beautiful with lovely staffs. Enjoy the environment surrounding. Walking distance to beach. Room is spacious and comfortable. Lovely breakfast provided with good variety of choices. Very welcoming and wod like to come to stay again.
