The Big Boutique Hotel in a small TownI have been coming this place for more than 2 years for its wellness center and SPA. is a beautiful place in the heart of the city, I take this opportunity to write two lines to thank all the stuff of Papazzo G(yesterday weve been booking a room for our two friends and they was so happy and enjoyed)... This is a really fantastic place. Thanks

Amazing accommodation in a charming townWhen I picked the hotel I knew it will be luxury and leisurely but I was really amazed upon arrival. In fact we received the keys of a suite that was beyond luxurious, with an entry hall, a giant living room, a more than enough sized bedroom and a perfect bathroom. The place also features a spa that is apparently considered top notch by locals. The palazzo is in fact the central building of the Piazza Popolo. Parking is a problem. It is allowed one hour at a time in the piazza, with a parking wheel set (and re-set again before the hour is up, as per the recommendation of the hotel receptionist). I checked the local cars, they didnt even bother to have a parking clock wheel on their dash. But I am not surprised about this after recognizing the pattern of Italians habits of following rules ;) A comment: no elevators. This was however not a problem for us and therefore there is no star penalty for that. We needed the room only for one night but the town is so nice it is absolutely worthwhile to plan more nights and look around in the area. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. 5*

OutstandingVisited for a family wedding, and after having a bad experience with the first totel we booked, we found this place. Frederico waited for us until late to check in and helped us with anything we needed. Can't praise palazzo gentili enough. Amazing apartments, lovely staff and situated in the prettiest town square. Thank you so much! We will be back <3

Beautiful suites in a 16th century Palazzo! This is beautifully restored Palazzo on a lovely town piazza. We thoroughly enjoyed both the Palazzo, our suite, and the town. Our suite looked over the piazza and it was so fun to watch all the activity. At the same time, when we closed the windows it was very quiet. Other things to know: The AC worked well, beds were comfy and we slept well. The bathroom is large and lovely. Staff were always so professional and helpful. We sat in the garden one evening and enjoyed that. Our daughter visited the spa in the Palazzo and enjoyed that. To know: great bars, restaurants, gelato shops on the piazza or within a few blocks. We did the town tour - followed the path up to the medieval area - and that was beautiful, interesting, and a good workout. There's so much to do in the area. We were delighted to spend 3 days there.

Luxurious Restored Palazzo in San Severino MarcheIt is a challenge to find luxurious accommodations at fair value within the Tolentino area. I searched and found Palazzo Gentili. The service is excellent by all staff on duty especially Federico. The room is luxurious, spotless, spacious and well furnished. There is no onsite breakfast; instead, you are given a coupon to eat a local bar. For 24 Euros, you can reserve a time to enjoy the spa downstairs including a steam room, sauna, whirlpool and overhead shower. Would I return to stay here again? Yes, I made reservations for next month. Would I recommend it to others? Yes.
