  The best location in Bisceglie

  The best location in Bisceglie, in the historic center, a few meters from the sea. Beautiful, spacious, clean rooms, a bar where guests, besides an excellent breakfast, can always serve a special appetizer. The owners and the whole staff are particularly kind.

  No se le pueden conceder cuatro estrellas.

  Lo mejor de este hotel es la amabilidad y la atención a sus clientes. Todo lo demás no es suficiente para darle la categoría que ostenta. Las habitaciones necesitan un buen repaso y un buen ambientador que disimule el olor a pasado; el parquet del suelo conoció mejores tiempos y tampoco estaría mal eliminar humedades en los cuartos de baño y reparar las incipientes grietas de alguna pared. En resumen, necesita un remodelado a gritos.

  Classic European Hotel with the Feel of a B & B

  We returned to Palazzo Bonomi for our second time in two years and our experience was even better than before. Claudia and her staff treated us like family and made us feel very much at home. We booked two rooms to accommodate our family of four adults. Both were clean, comfortable and well-furnished. The breakfast room provided a good variety of meats, cheeses, fresh fruits and pastries. The hotel is in the center of old Bisceglie and within walking distance to the waterfront restaurants and beaches. There are also several stores and small dining spots within a block or two. Parking is limited, but I was able to park on the street in front of the hotel most of the time. The two minor weaknesses from our 2017 stay - wifi and A/C - were no problem at all this time. Sonya, the front-desk attendant for most of our stay, speaks English, but I wish my Italian was better so that I could have enjoyed more conversation with the rest of the staff.

  Lovely quaint hotel with a personal touch

  We were on a cycling holiday in Puglia and found this hotel on the internet. I phoned to check if they had secure parking for our bikes and was assured by Sonia (the receptionist) that we would be well looked after and our bikes would be safe. When we arrived on our bikes around 4pm Sonia came out to greet us and at least 4 people shook our hands and welcomed us like family. The owner of the hotel greeted us in Italian and Sonia translated into English. Two strong young men carried our bikes downstairs for safe storage and Sonia showed us to our room. It is an old hotel, which has recently been refurbished in a sensitive manner. Our bedroom was very modern and we were delighted to have two balconies (one which overlooked the square and Castle). This came at no extra cost. The bed was very comfortable, windows were soundproof and shower was great. Breakfast was excellent. We had a freshly cooked omelette and there was also a choice of cheese, meat, fruit, yogurt and of course sweet cakes. Coffee was also good. The daughter of the hotel (who speaks 6 languages) recommended a restaurant nearby and personally guided us to it. The restaurant did not disappoint. The best thing about this hotel definitely is its staff and their genuine appreciation of us as guests. If you are in the area treat yourself to a night at this lovely quaint hotel. It is also very reasonably priced and excellent value for money.

  Disaster turned to triumph

  The hotel came to our rescue after we abandoned a very disappointing accommodation. This hotel is family run on a very personal level proving a first class service. Rooms are spacious and very well furnished. Comprehensive breakfast and parking on the doorstep. Great location opposite the castle and short walk from the vibrant port. Would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.
