  Great condo and family vaca

  Rented unit 106 for a week. Very spacious condo that accommodated our group well.. Staff was helpful when open and the pool was cleaned daily.. Only downside....they need to change steps to beach to ramp.... we had a wheelchair husband but mostly it was the wagons we carried up and down.. Move into the 2019 world of accommodation please. Otherwise perfect for our group

  LOVED IT!

  We stayed in Palacio 201 September 8 through 15, 2019. We had 6 adults in our party and the condo was just what we needed. Three bedrooms, well stocked kitchen, plenty of storage area. Equipped with fulll size washer and dryer, The views from the balcony were amazing overlooking the pool area with the beach just beyond. I had seen concerns about the elevators being slow and/or crowded, but we did not have any problems during our stay. Had also seen concerns re: parking. We did have to park across the street on Saturday evening when we returned late from an excursion. Other than that, no problems at all with parking. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

  1806 Palacio Condominium Perdido Key - a place in paradise

  This year I have returned the second time to this condominium (1806 Palacio) and it was even more beautiful than last year . It had a new décor which is so beautiful and everything was perfect there. The rooms are large, clean , very nicely decorated and the views are amazing . From each corner of the room you can see the beach , view sunrise,sunset . The balcony is large and beautiful , I couldn't wait every morning to wake up early to go and sit on the balcony . Beautiful beautiful condo , I enjoyed my trip so much and cannot wait to be back next year . Also the place is very quiet and very well maintained . Thank you !!! It was a beautiful vacation , the condo is amazing and I cannot wait to return ! Thank you for everything!!!

  No help after hours

  Beautiful place. Very clean. Great views. However, unlike other condos we have stayed in we discovered that after hours there is no help. Yes, they have a phone number to call. One evening, upon returning to our unit there was what sounded like loud drilling or sand blasting and it went on and on and I finally called the number at around 9 p.m. they first ask what state you are in so that gives you a really comforting feeling. Then I was told that local sound ordinance allowed this until 10 p.m. I was extremely frustrated by this answer because common sense told me this could not be the case. The next day someone locally called us and told us construction must cease at 5 p.m. so why didn't their staff know this. I even spoke to a supervisor that evening that told me 10 pm. We could not even hear the tv. Also it left you with a very scarey feeling that they must not have anyone locally after hours to help renters with issues.

  Nice Week in FL in Feb

  We had a great week walking the beach, picking up shells, enjoying the ocean view. The parking was fine, rooms very clean, staff very friendly and felt quite safe. We had a 3-bedroom, 2 bath, kitchen, dining rm, living rm, washer/dryer and deck overlooking ocean. The large outdoor pool was in repair and hot tub finally opened on Thurs but there was another outdoor pool. However, it was a cool week when we visited. They did not have all the beach chair equipment out b/c it was Feb, but there were wooden chaise lounges available on the beach. The location is not overly commercialized and was very nice. We liked it enough to book again next year - only longer.
