  Relax retreat

  This is our first time to Sanya and to this resort. We stayed for 4 days 3 nights. We reached the resort earlier than the check in time. Instead of asking us to wait, we had a free upgrade of room from deluxe to lake view courtyard room. This room is much bigger than the room we booked. The resort has a heated pool for the kids and enough pool areas for adults too. There are a few restaurants in the resort. We tried 2 - and . They serve traditional Hainanese food and Japanese Teppanyaki. The food was fresh and tasty and the service was excellent. We were totally impressed. The resort is also very near to La Foret shopping centre and you will have no problems finding all kinds of cuisines here. The resort also has free shuttle bus to DFS, the beach and Overall experience was awesome and comfortable, thanks to Desmond and team - Derek, Terry, Sherry and Jessica for their warmest touch when we were there.

  Loved our gorgeous infinity pool villa!

  What a fantastic stay! Our family enjoyed our beautiful infinity pool villa and were completely blown away by the size of the room. There is a great kids area and pool onsite as well. Meals are top-notch and range from local delights to plenty of fresh seafood and international selections. The staff were very attentive and helpful. I would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a wonderful place to enjoy Sanya.

  Biggest and nicest infinity pool in a villa

  We stayed in a villa with a view ( pool ) really beautiful! Huge villa , modern , nicely decorated . The infinity pool is big enough to swim in a nice garden with a frangipani tree , couple of lounges , table and chairs . In total we had 3 gardens , we only used the backyard where the pool is . We had a small living room overlooking the pool , corridor with a big pot of orchids , big bathroom with walk in closet , 2 sinks , a door to other small garden that never used , perhaps to hang and dry your cloths . The toilet had a bidet with remote control which at night or just twilight ,a circle of light inside turn on to guide your ..... you know .... so funny and top notch , I never seen something like that . Wow . TV was huge and curved ! Had a coffee machine , plenty of water every day and L Occitane products . What else? Just paradise ! We also had a butler that we contact via Wechat that help us with language barrier, he sent me people in 5 min when asked to solve a couple of issues . Villas have a lobby apart and a breakfast only for villas : chinese and a la carte , you can also choose going to the Resort main restaurant . Provides shuttle to CDF in Haitang Bay . Privacy was not 100 percent because a couple of times when started to rain ,a guy walked by the cornice pot of hanging flowers just to throw chlorine inside the pool ......when we where at the garden !!!!

  Terrible, dirty, horrible in all ways. Stay far!

  Dirty breakfast, crowd, packed, terrible customer service. They don't speak English and they don't want to understand. They charge for toys at the pool. Food is horrible, nothing positive. I run away and they did not want to refund me the money. They don't follow COVID regulations, totally unacceptable place

  Great hotel, amazing staff, great location

  Amazing location, great staff, rooms spacious and all locations great. We been offered upgrade for lake side more spacious room. All rooms at main building by the pool beautiful and cozy, well equiped. Best staff you can find. Angel, Sherry and GM Roland. They made our holidays special. Highly recomend to stay there if you travel to Sanya. Haylong beach is most beautiful in Hainan, like 100 meters away from hotel. Private sunny beach with towells provided by hotel and all water sports available. Nice breakfast, good, dinners, also have restaurant very close to hotel that have entertaintment every day.
