A HOTEL IN ONE OF THE HEALTHIER PLACES IN THE WORLDThe hotel is not perfect, but the interaction with the enviroment makes it a lovely place to relax and enjoy the pure air, cristal clear sea and the local food, either at the hotel or in the near by restaurants in town at walking distance. The view to the Edremit bay is beautiful. The architectural concept is something different . I highly recommend it for those looking for a clever holiday.

hotel ala hotel Cortez from American horror storyA very ugly and untidy driving entrance ... lots of junk in the garden The hotel..well If you watched the AHS (american horror story) series you'll know what I mean. A very bad dark vibe in the rooms and bathroom. Nothing like pictures on hotel sites they try to lure you with. Very dirty. Staff is not bad (just 1 person)..this guy is receptionist and cook and and and... The Breakfast.. Well...better skip it.No coffee, Having said all of this.. better skip the whole hotel ..unless you want the AHS experience

Off season stayWe visited during the low season on a cool rainy weekend. We were the only guests in the hotel but the staff couldnt have been kinder or more attentive. Our room and bathroom were clean and nicely appointed. The breakfast was great, especially knowing it was prepared only for us. There was a great variety of cheeses, olives, fresh veggies, breads and jams. Yes, the entrance to the hotel was a bit messy, but is low season. Sitting having breakfast looking at the Agean Sea certainly made up for if even on an overcast day.

Stay Clear - Photos are deceptive. Hostel quality. We, me, my wife and my 2 year old, originally planned to stay 13 days in a Suite in this hotel believing in the photos from this site. All photos you see are deceptive and professionally prepared. rooms are premises are far from what you see. 1- When we arrived, we felt we arrived at a construction site. The entrance to the hotel was full of construction debris 2- The Suite room had no windows at all. Just a door to the garden. 3 - The in-room safe was not functioning and when we informed the manager his first answer was "Live with it. Call us when you want to open/close your safe". When i asked to be placed into a room with a working safe, he replaced batteries and fixed the issue. 4 - Air-conditioner did not work because if someone in other room changes the mode of their own AC to heat, all rooms are affected by it. Some sort of weird central AC system. 5 - When we went out to the garden, we found pieces of broken glass bottles inside the grass! Also there was a street cat that and its pups were living right outside the room. Very dangerous if you have a 2 year old with you. 6 - Entire hotel premises smell food cooked in the kitchen 7 - The pool liners are broken and if you step on certain sections, your leg goes in them! 8 - GYM is not working. The multi-functional equipment has not been used for years and with rust. You cant simply workout there. 9 - Staff is probably hired seasonal people so they are very untrained to the level they don't know the hotel's amenities. 10 - There is a lady at the front desk, who comes in the evenings. She is extremely rude and threatening. When I complained about the Gym, she got defensive saying "Well Gym isn't used here that much. So it happens.". In short at day 2, we checkout early(with 30% early checkout fee) and went to "Esida Hotel" 500 meters away. I think they probably will close the hotel soon so they don't care about the customers at all.

Good location, bad service approachNice location where you may choose to swim in the (Blue Flag) sea, or in the pool. There's no real sand beach, but in the summer, there's a bridge from where you may enter the sea. You may easily stroll to the center of the nearest town with lots of restaurants (and a lively street market when we were there). Good breakfast, except that the bread wasn't always fresh. Attentive bartender. Average cleanliness. WiFi somewhat unstable. I think the hotel has an issue with its service approach. Examples: When arriving, the driveway was blocked by a service vehicle; instead of temporarily moving the vehicle a few meters, we were guided on a strange detour involving entry into a busy main road. The hotel had forgotten about a reservation for one of the families in our group, and the check-in process was generally not pleasant. The hotel could not lend us an iron; they offered to iron shirts for (some of) us, but only for shirts (not dresses). On the first evening, the was no hot water, because we had not explicitly mentioned that hot water would be needed.
