  It's an amazing place to visit we can enjoy here with family friends and all we can go for dinner also even this is like an heaven for us we can dance enjoy every second movement of our life over here

  A Vintage Feel Hotel with Excellent Service

  The Hotel is located quite close to the City Centre but still is quite Tranquill with lovely views from it's Patio. The spacious rooms are modestly decorated with antique looking wooden furniture, but are very comfortable and cozy. The staff is very prompt and helpful. The food is also quite tasty. Eating breakfast on the patio looking over the lake in the sweet winter Son was a lovely experience. The options may not be many, but all food served is quite delicious.

  worst stay experience in Nainital ever

  please dont believe on the fake ratings of the hotel. the whole property is in very bad shape & not at all maintained. they are cheating tourists on name of heritage property. all furniture, beddings, linens & walls are in the worst condition it ever can be. the food is pathetic. please see the pictures to believe me. MUST AVOID !!

  Expensive and Old

  This is a very old hotel, situated right above the mall road. Location is pretty much connected to main attractions in Nainital. Hotel staff seems unprofessional and inexperienced. We were having trouble finding the Hotel and when we called the Hotel they didn't help us. They also charged hefty amount for an extra bed. They are not taking any safety precaution in given situation. I think staff is not well educated about the pandemic, hence they are not keeping any social distancing and no face masks. Overall we had mixed experience, slightly towards the disappointment. Major improvement needed for eco rooms. Hotel management needs to be more motivated.

  Totally waste of Money

  I had booked this hotel for 13th Feb for one night stay. Before booking this hotel I had checked all photos available on internet. I just want to warn to all peoples who want to book this hotel. Please do not go with photos that are available on internet. They did editing to make hotel look good in actual it is not the same. They are charging approximate 4k+ for one night stay and condition of this hotel is Pathetic. Broken buckets in Washroom, No heater available for winter season. We only know how we spent one night in hotel in 1 degree temperature.
