    Perfect tranquil getaway

We (young couple) stayed here for two days in August and the place is amazing if you are looking for tranquility. Feels like a secret hideaway. The palace is located at an amazing spot on a hill surrounded by forest and with a view on the lake. And only 20 km from busy Warschau! Would advise to only come when you're travelling by car. Parking space aplenty. Clean, cosy rooms, decent breakfast, friendly staff and delicious diner. And all at a very, very, reasonable price. Plusses: - quiet, natural environment - very reasonable prices - not many people - great diner food Minuses: - no airco and a lot of musquito's can give a sweaty night

Bad experience when arrived and changed hotel

Arriving by own car or motorcycle in July is not a good idea as the last one kilometer is along a street without pavement. Some construction works are in process and the road is quite bad. Place looks fabulous and location is great, close to a lake. Instead of booking we wanted to check the place before checking in. The bungalows available in online booking where not available when arriving on site. It was still available when we where discussing with the receptionist and she explained that the bungalows are not cleaned but she can offer rooms to double price compared to bungalow. We explained we can clean the bungalow ourselves but this was not ok for them. We left the place after believing that bungalows are used to attract customers with low price. Maybe that was not the case but this was our impression. Hopefully others have better experience.

Good place for business meeting or rest

Nice location, near to the water - Zalew Zegrzynski, in the park among old trees, a lot of greenery. Calm and quiet surrounding. Professional, friendly staff. Good food in the nice restaurant. Recommended.

    Nice place for short brake

Localization The hotel is located near by lake. Place is very quite with nice view. Hotel The Zegrzyski Palace is nice decorated in old style. Stairways are clean. There is no elevator.  Rooms The room was clean but hot. There isn't air-condition in the whole hotel which is quite uncomfortable in rooms on ground floor where windows are not equipment in ventilation mode. Bed and the bed sheets was clean and comfortable. In room you can find two bottles of water, safe, fridge and information about services in hotel. In bathroom you can find towels for body and face, soap, toilet paper. Bathroom is nice and quiet clean. Children Hotel isn't children friendly. They don't have menu for kids. WiFi Range of wifi network is not bed but in rooms is very week. There are no data limits and speed is quite good. Parking Parking is small near by hotel and almost all time full. Restauration They have menu in English where you can find many good things to eat and drink. Food is good and nicely presented. Waiters are very polite. Breakfast It's typical Polish breakfast where you can find eggs, sausages, chess, bacon, hams, fruits, vegetables, milk, yogurt, honey, jam, Corn flakes and other topping for milk. If you are vegetarian or vegan it will be difficult for you to choose something for breakfast. If you do not eat gluten you will not find anything for yourself.

A small castle near Zegrze lake

We stayed one night on the way to Germany. We had specially made a small detour and did not stay in a hotel at the main street. That was also worth it. A small castle near Zegrze Lake. Beautiful surroundigs. Our room was big enough and furnished in style. Interior of the Hotel well renovated. Plenty of space to celebrate. Nice restaurant with good kitchen and very nice service. Rich breakfast. We were very satisfied. Highly recommend.
