  Unclean rooms, uncomfortable beds and unhelpful staff

  We booked 3 bungalows at pai do see resort. The staff were rude and unhelpful and the rooms were dirty. The beds were rock solid and the rooms were really cold at night. When we came to leave they refused to return out key deposits of 200 baht each as they said the towels were dirty. This is the first time I have ever been charged in a hotel for the towels not being clean. I do not often leave reviews, but felt obliged to warn others away from staying here!

  Disgrace

  I must say this was a shocking experience. I went to Pai for a week with some friends and we stayed in a couple different places. This place was the most expensive but the worst to stay. For starters the rooms were dusty and dirty. Secondly, the beds in the room were extremely uncomfortable and given it was winter you would hope the blankets would keep you warm in the evening, they did not. What made this worse was the heating did not work. We never complained because we were only staying for two days. On checking out the receptionist checked our room and said we had to pay for the towels as they were dirty. Strangely these towels were the same cost as our key deposit. I was appalled that we were being asked to pay for towels because they were dirty. They were dirty but only because we had to place them on the dirty bathroom floor to keep our feet clean after a shower. when I made this point to management she said we damaged 'property' and had to pay. I would never recommend this place to stay and there are many nicer places to stay in Pai.

  Disgraceful

  The worst place Ive stayed in! It was freezing! I could not sleep it was that cold! Dirty floors and they would not give back our key deposit back because our towels were not clean! (They were washable, Im not sure what they expect when they give white towels!) Complete con!

  Second stay, lovely chilled place.

  Stayed twice here, not sure about previous reviews having issues with towels, never had problems myself. Chilled wide open area with nice little bungalows surrounded by fields, aircon, spacious. Solid wifi. Not top of the line hiso but good for Pai at this price. Pool is nice, staff are friendly. If you're worried about towel issues then bring your own maybe, but otherwise can't fault it. To relax and chill it's perfect as it's super quiet and just outside central pai (few mins walk down to the bridge/reggae bar). Stayed once as a couple and once with family.

  Best deal

  7 days at 330 baht.just under 10 US a night with a pool and a super nice lil cottage on stilts. Had to bargain a bit but then swiped my credit card and it was as painless as that .room was cool and clean with a nice wood floor and the shower floor was slip proof .
