Home Away From HomeHad such an excellent stay at the Page House Bed and Breakfast! Arrival with first impressions of flags lining the walkway for Independence Day and beautiful landscaping for majestic building kept the happiness going for the beautiful interior and fantastic meals! JoAnn and Chef Mono were excellent hosts and it was so nice to remain at home after work for gorgeous and tasty meals and quiet, comfy rest. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with me! Hope to visit again with you soon (even suspicious Bella)!

Food Complaint - Poor Customer ServiceWe recently held our parents Anniversary dinner here. We were very accommodating of all of Page House's (JoAnn, owner/manager) rules, restrictions, payment schedule including pricing/pricing changes and set gratuity etc. According to the rules, all events held at Page House must use Page Houses chef/staff and their limited menu (no outside catered food allowed). These restrictions/limitations with the food, initially made me a little hesitant but JoAnn reassured me by saying that all of the food would be cooked fresh by the chef and will be tasty.dont worry, you will love the food.everyone always loves our food. With this, we moved forward in finalizing the dinner. The Anniversary dinner went ok. However, my guests (including myself) had some complaints about the taste/quality of some of the food. The staff/chef told me that the food was prepared the morning of the event and other items (for example: the not so fresh dinner rolls/bread etc.) was purchased from somewhere else. The chef, agreed that the mac & cheese and rice probably turned out a bit too dry but it was something that the manager would have to address. Obviously, this was a very special/important event to us in which we paid good money for and therefore did not expect to deal with any problems including cutting corners with the food nor being dismissed when we raise a concern. To this day (almost 3 weeks later), the owner/manager has refused to call me to discuss this matter, although I've made several requests for her to call me. While I hated to bring up the complaints about the food, I ultimately had no other choice, after hearing a number of complaints from different guests including the guest of honor. This was a completely unexpected problem. Our expectations for the food at Page House for this Anniversary event was not unrealistic. In fact our expectations, was set by the Page House owner/manager. Clearly the complaints about the food was not made up nor did it come from the food sitting out just before the start of the event. I believe that when and how food is prepared/cooked definitely impacts the taste/quality of the food. Over the years, I have personally attended many other venues for events (and even hosted several), birthdays and weddings but I have never encountered this type of problem nor response from management/staff. The food at these other events/venues, lasted for hours and somehow was maintained (freshness/taste) from start to finish. Page House, like any other business, is not perfect, and things go wrong and problems come up as in this case. Any business can a have a problem, but its how that business handles the problem (and the customer) that really counts, which says a lot about that business and its owners. Unfortunately, in this case, Page House manager, treated my complaint as no big deal or insignificant and therefore overlooked/dismissed it, which I find to be unacceptable and unprofessional. Overall, I could have had a better opinion/experience, if the Page House owner/manager had handled this situation better. When theres a complaint, the manager should have immediately called me when I reached out to her about my complaint (as repeatedly requested). Unfortunately, this did not happen, nor any acknowledgement, apology or resolution. This is very disappointing because we seem to have an open communication while planning this dinner. And now, she has chosen to simply dismiss/side-step me and my complaint, which shows poor customer service and an out-right disrespect for me as a customer....

OMG!!Oh my goodness!! This place is fabulous. JoAnn and Mono have done an exceptional job to make sure that every detail is taken care of, and every guest feels welcomed. The house is amazing. The furniture and decorations are fantastic. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful. What a positive experience you helped our 40th Anniversary to be. We don't even live near Dublin, but I'm sure that we will be back, and we will definitely stay at the Page House.

Amazing AmbiancePage House is amazing and unique. You step back in time when you enter Page House. Loved the large comfortable bed. We were able to brew coffee, tea or hot chocolate up by our room. There was bottled water and pop in our room. Breakfast was incredible. You can select what you would like to eat, and it was prepared to perfection. I would highly recommend staying there.
