  Just about 100mts from the Madurai Station, this is located in a small street. Stress free check in, clean linen and rooms, towels and shower gel provided, average room size, Breakfast complimentary. Absolutely value for money

  Worst experience

  Worst experience , booked from 16th april 2019 morning 5.30 am and we booked thru oyo manager selva ganesh and hotel manager karthick , but when my frnds came from chennai , on 16th morning, they were not given rooms . They were provided as per oyo policy at 11.45 only. We had booked the room some month in advance to acvomodate frnds coming for marriage function . We were cheated , though we communicated to selva ganesh and karthick about early arrival . For booking and getting money , they accepted all our conditions , but cheated us , after getting the full payment. We then went there and here at 7.00 am on 16th april , to accomoate 40 persons in varipus other places . DO NOT BOOK ROOMS THROUGH OYO , CAUSE THEY CHEAT .!!!!!

  Wost hotel

  Wost hotel . No safety for guest. Lift facility is wost. Its always not working. Hot water is not available for 24 hours. The room service is also wost. The bedsheet and pillows were dirty as they were used one.

  Uncleaned rooms and unprofessional rowdy hotel manager

  From starting till the end of the stay, we faced a lot of issues in the hotel. Issues were mainly related to cleanliness and hotel manager behavior. I have described all the issues below. We stayed from 17th Dec to 18th Dec 2019 and checked in at around 12-1 AM night.  The rooms and washroom were not clean. The stool of the previous guest was present in commode. The housekeeping staff was not cooperative. Used washroom of previous guests could cause infection and can't be tolerated under any circumstances.  When we informed this to the manager, he showed his anger and shouted on us and said - we don't have rooms available. You can leave.  I said I have already paid you the full amount. So he asked his reception staff to return the money and ordered us to leave.  As he was aware of that we are traveling with senior citizen parents and it will be tough for us to search room at such a late night. So he was taking advantage of that. As we were not in a position to vacate the rooms so we had to compromise with uncleaned rooms with hairs of the previous guests all over the bed.  We tried to clean ourselves as far as possible. Housekeeping staff just cleaned the washroom. Next day after returning from mandir. The lift was not working. Difficult for the senior citizens to climb to the 5th floor after long hours of puja. The water area on the floor was so smelly. So that smell was coming in our room no 404. We had to live with that unbearable smell for the whole day. Water was also flowing from RO room to our room. Images are uploaded. The rooms were not maintained. A small part of the ceiling was damaged. In balcony green fungus were preset. In my 2nd room, the washroom holder was damaged and handing down. Don't go by the images shown on websites. They are all lying. The card payment machine was not working. We additionally paid for early check-in and didn't receive a receipt for that. I don't know that money went to whose pocket. I would never suggest anyone to stay in this hotel. I had heard bad reviews of Oyo hotels multiple times and now faced on my own.

  Not worth visiting

  Unclean rooms, water leakage, smelly rooms, broken switches, no hot water, breakfast on terrace dumping place thats all you will get. The only positive thing is the location. Near to temple and market
