Its great but .....we have stayed in this hotel for holiday for a night. the bed was amazing, i had really good sleep. the location is good. it also has a motorcycle parking lot which is great. but there's more need to be fixed : 1. Breakfast time, its too late to have breakfast start 8 o'clock, we couldn't have one because we had flight at 10 so i need to leave hotel at 8. please make it early at 6am. 2. Bathroom issue.. the bath-up drainage is clogged up and makes the water really slow to drain 3. Air conditioning didn't work well in the day, which still hot during the day. but i like the AC placement.. thankyou please consider about that to improve your hotel services..

StaycationStayed in their Suite last January. The receptions is not that friendly. They gave me a wrong room upon check in (which was the deluxe room) and after I noticed the difference, I rang the reception and said this was not a Suite. The lady at the Front Desk said "in the system your booking is deluxe room" without apologize. It's your system and I don't know how it works so it can't be your excuse to your guest. The guy came in a escort me to the Suite rightafter we called and also not said or showed any apologize. The only good thing is the location of the property and the bathtub in the bathroom.

Over promised, under delivered.Had a long stay at this Boutique hotel which was sold through Qantas Travel as a bargain 1/2 price package which worked out to about $95 a night with breakfast. It is really a 2 star hotel which would have been nice when it first opened, but it has been allowed to deteriorate since day 1. Pros: comfy bed and great pillows. Air conditioning (in my room at least) was cold and worked really well. Staff - every one of them was lovely, despite poor to terrible English skills. One girl on reception was pretty good, but the rest were not able to have a conversation or answer queries. Cons: ants in the room, mosquitoes in the room. Dead flower arrangements left in the halls for days. Stained soft furnishings (see photo), rooftop pool very unclean (I swam the first two days before realising how dirty it was and developed a skin infection which took a week and antibiotic cream to resolve) (also see photos), bath/shower combo very difficult to clamber in and out of (I am 53 and it was a real pain every time), Drain would clog up daily and I ended up removing the plug (which clogged up from soap and hair, even the slightest amount), hot water was tricky, would randomly heat up to lethal levels and then go cold again (all by itself). Grey and stained towels (I think they were cleaned but theres no way they should have been put out for guests . also see photos). No toilet roll holder, toilet paper itself was rationed and some days I didnt get any and would have to go begging. The rooftop photos showed a bar/entertainment area which may have run at some time in the early life of the hotel, but not for a long time and was never in use while I stayed. All the roof top soft furnishings were dirty and mouldy. The breakfast (served on the top floor as well) seemed adequate but thanks to a decided lack of cleanliness, I didnt partake past the first day and bought cereal which I ate in my room. There are a few other minor things, but this is enough I think. Unless you have very low expectations, stay somewhere else.

It was great, but not anymore...In Nov 2018 we stayed in this hotel and had a great time, it was clean and amenities worked well, so we decided to book it again this March 2020. Little did we know, they don't really do great in maintaining their properties. Stains are everywhere (sofa, curtains, towel), quite dusty, sofa cushion even smells really bad, kettle doesn't work, water heater trouble (water gets hot and cold randomly), AC isn't really cold, and when we arrived the floor was really wet. On the second day, they didn't clean the room until we called for complain and cleaning started at 2pm. What made it worse, cleaning staff brought the trash bag inside our room (we were inside the room when they cleaned it, can you imagine how smelly it was?), they finally put the trash bag outside the room only after we asked them. Breakfast was ready at 8-10am. Coffee, tea, cereal, 2 kinds of juice, infused water, fried rice, fried noodle, sunny side up, 3 kinds of fruits. Dining room was not really comfortable, the AC didn't work and it was really hot. Overall, there's so much room for improvement, especially in cleanliness and maintenance.
