  Nice stay (Room 1437)

  When I first arrived and heard we would be staying in 1437 I was in lift thinking oh help after reading Neils review, but was quite pleasantly surprised when I opened door as new flooring, fridge freezer and sofa greeted me with an absolutely perfect view. The master door is still broken and yes is a security and safety issue if have young children in their, but we didnt so was ok for us. Tiles above bath are a safety hazard and as Neil and my husband said if one falls off the whole lot will and I hope no one in bath if it does happen. Door to walk in robe I couldnt even move so didnt bother but then again that didnt bother me. If they cant fix it would be better to remove it. Balcony lights still not fixed as well but again that didnt worry me. Glasses etc we just cleaned 3 of everything we needed and left on the side for the duration of stay, we do this on every holiday as our standard cleaning is not everyone elses. Its the 2nd time we have stayed here and both times we have had a lovely holiday, first time we stayed on 3rd floor with our 3 children this time it was just us and our daughter. No matter where you stay there is always some little issues here and there ( ours was getting stuck in the lift but problem was sorted straight away) I would of been upset if I was Neil seeing his pictures but some things have changed now and we had a very pleasant stay there.

  10 Days over Christmas

  Room 715 Seventh floor with sea Views - cant beat it - It was very windy first 5 days before Christmas so wouldnt want to be any higher. Balcony is very large and wraps around from Living area past the two bedrooms. Bedroom 2 is fairly small with two single beds. But overall it was a great apartment - Kitchen is tiny and not well set out and as usual glasses and crockery are a mixture of designs and sizes but we made do for the 10 days. Lap (inside) pool is fabulous, and clocked up a fair few lenghs as is the spa (large enough for 8-10 if you tried and Gym was adequate if you like gyms - Outside pool was small but probably slightly warmer than the indoor one and has a large umbrella over part of it. There is a good little coffee bar - Sea Urchin just newly opened and live free music on Sundays. Great helpful on site management who went to great lenghs to sort out problems

  Perfect

  From the moment we arrived at the Pacific Views Resort we were greeted with a warm welcoming vibe. Wendy and her team are nothing but exceptional and not to mention Turbo the beautiful Pussy Cat. We arrived early and our room was not yet ready however we were able to park our car and use the amenities until we were advised our apartment was ready. This gave us time to enjoy the great cafe Sea Urchin which sits under the apartments then spend some time on the beautiful Main Beach. Once we checked into our apartment ( on the 7th floor ) we were delighted. It was clean, big, had an amazing view and it had all of the amenities we required. The beds were so comfortable I could have stayed in it all day and just listen to the sound of the crashing waves. Parking was provide and also the apartment is very safe and secure. I travelled with just my daughter however this is definitely a place that the whole family could stay in and enjoy and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

  Great location and fabulous views but in need of some maintenance

  We stayed in a two bedroom apartment on the 23rd floor. The apartment had a great balcony that wraps around the apartment giving you fabulous views of the coast. The apartment has everything you need, full kitchen, laundry, dining and lounge area. Two bedrooms with king size beds, one has an ensuite and both rooms have doors onto the balcony. For the price, there are some things that need to be addressed. The carpet is stained and should really be replaced. The leather sofas in the lounge are cracked and quite uncomfortable. The air conditioning is ducted but has the main unit in a cupboard outside the 2nd bedroom, it is quite noisy so can disrupt sleep. It would be great to have outdoor cushions for the loungers-otherwise you are sitting on hard plastic. Beach/pool towels in the apartment would also be great. I would think hard before I return unless the price is amazing

  Great spot for a weekend away

  We stayed at the pacific views the last few days and really enjoyed it. Weekdays could be noisy with the construction over the road, but the weekend was fine. Lovely indoor pool, very well looked after. The unit was clean and tidy, with a few unexpected extras like movies in the cabinet and a great array of cutlery and wine glasses etc. Great size balconies and a nice vibe to the whole place. Located a short walk to some very good cafes etc on Tedder ave. 1 minute walk to the beach and also kids parks to the north. I would have given 5 stars but a few things are starting to look a bit dated.. nothing really bad, just small stuff like the lounge was looking a bit worn, curtains a bit faded etc etc, but still value for money given the location
