  Not suitable for frontdesk

  we stayed for a night only due to our flight got cancelled. upon checkout me and my partner encountered front desk staff that is wearing glasses, long hair and kind of chubby we checked out early morning. She obviously did not know what she was doing, we already told her that a company is paying for our stay and she can charge the credit card they have provided. She still insisted to have a copy of our own credit card. she talks to her co workers rudely and yells at them when they are just trying to help her and us. On the other hand, Camille apologizes for the mistake her coworker have done. She then just verified if my partner's credit card and when she found out it was not his's own she already let us go and apologizes for the inconvenience. Also, the rooms are ugly. It is not well maintained and they just patch up the problems and they do not repair. I even heard one of the workers talking to the girl on the radio and he said they can not fix problem due to they do not have parts. Things like this needs to be confidential but guests can hear it as they walk through the hallways.

  Had to wait for room at checkin

  Maybe it was a crowded time, but we had to wait about an hour after check-in to get our room. There were also other people waiting for their rooms at that time The hotel is located close to the beach and also has a good pool area. In the evening there is only one rather expensive steak restaurant. For some reason the regular restaurant was closed in the evenings.

  Pictures says it all!!

  Stay away if you value your health! My throat was closing up. I had to sleep with the sliding door open so I can breath. They try to mask the moldy musty smell with cleaners. Shut this place down! Disgusting

  Long line at the dim sum. People are cutting in lines........

  I had the opportunity to try Pacific Star Buffet/Dim Sum during my recent visit to Guam since I had read reviews about it prior to my trip. Brought a couple of my friends since they are locals. The place was hard to find and no directions posted, however the restaurant is overlooking portion of the pacific ocean and depending of they seat you. Since we did not have reservation,we were seated with very little view of the ocean. The line to the dim sum was long and customers were cutting into people and hoarding dim sum making it difficult for customers who follow the line. Once we had the opportunity to get our dim sum, we had to wait for 10 minutes since there were no available dim sum except for chicken feet. Very hard to make choices since there no names for the different dim sum. They had salmon dim sum with more fish bones than the meat. The service was poor. I have to request twice to get a refill for my ice tea. I had better dim sum in the island during my past visits.

  Upgrade hotel

  Hotel needs a major upgrade. The elevators don't work right and I believe a permit was expired. There are holes in the ceilings. The rooms are nasty. I stayed in a room and the carpet smelled very wet like it hasn't been cleaned and it was the same thing when we got moved to another room. The faucet and showers don't work right. The hotel gives you that American Horror Story Hotel vibe. It needs a major upgrade for sure.
