  Covid 19 forced departure - we don't care!

  Had booked for 6 nights when on the 2nd night the Covid 19 lockdown was announced, severely impacting my business which is totally dependent on the hospitality industry, now closed by the government. Explained to management we would have to race home to deal with the situation and our staff and asked if we could get a credit for the 3 unused nights of our booking to use as part of an extended stay in the future. NO. You have booked in and you have CHOSEN to leave so we have RULES that there will be no credit or refund. Great attitude and wonderful empathy. Thanks for nothing. Just the people you want on your side in a crisis. No thanks.

  Average at best

  Prime location, close to beach and restaurants etc. Although our 2 bedroom apartment was spacious it was extremely outdated. All furniture was uncomfortable, stained/old and apartment was generally unclean. In particular the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable and felt unstable on legs. Overall the poor apartment unfortunately hindered our stay. Would recommend to book elsewhere.

  Awesome location, friendly stay and great apartments.

  Enjoyed 2 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment on the 15th floor. Amazing view and great location right across from the beach, and a stone's throw to restaurants, bars and cafes. The property has 2 pool, one undercover and heated and the other outside and not heated - best of both worlds!

  Location Location Location

  Great location near all the restaurants and across the road from the beach and surf club. Spacious 2 bedroom unit with great views up the coast. Recently painted and renovated the facilities were good. This is a great place to holiday. We came away with our teenage kids and there is something for everyone - beaches, cafes, boutiques, James St, great walking paths around headlands in both directions. This was our third time staying and we will be back again soon. Onsite management very helpful at checkout and went above and beyond to make sure they could do everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Highly recommend.

  Our Beach Home Away from Home

  We love staying at the Pacific Regis. We discovered the Deluxe Room on level 10 that has recently be renovated and redecorated to reflect a vibe of city apartment meets the beach- modern city chic with tasteful references to beach life. The view is amazing, so restful and yet full vibrancy of the GC. We have stayed here on several occasions but the last trip having full eight nights was so relaxing at the end of the summer break. And from now on we have decided that this apartment is now our beach home away from home.
