Disappointed guestMy bf is bound for abroad in a few days when I reserved a room in Park Pacific Hotel (but it was like a condotel actually). We specifically wanted a hotel that is very near from our place, not too expensive and has a swimming pool. I called them and ask if guests can use their swimming pool. I was told that their swimming pool is under construction but assured me that they will have it fixed before our check-in date. So come my check-in date, I asked them if the pool is now ok but it wasn't. My bf and I were both disappointed but since we were already there we chose to stay and just promised never to stay there again. So we were stuck in a small room with 4 walls, TV with a very reception and window with a view of a wall. Their bed was really uncomfortable too. We should have booked for a hotel or a condotel somewhere in Mother Ignacia that has a swimming pool for the price that we paid. Sogo is way way even better.

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE !!!Incident Happen November 26-27, 2017 I book through Agoda at Park Pacific Residence & Hotel and bought my 2 staff to enjoy and experience staycation as their incentive for doing a good job, so as i consider that the hotel is a residential/ hotel i thought that it is allowed to bring some liquors in our room, when we get there 1st. Inaapproriate experience- when we drop at the car when i was looking for the hotel entrance suddenly the security officer blocked us in disrespectful manner i dont know why maybe because im not wearing expensive cloths at that time, then he's telling me some rules and regulations then i tell him let me through and lets talk inside because its uncomfortable for me , then i talk to front desk to know the information and i tell her that next time if they can put in online so that the guest would know, and also informing her the attitude of the security and the security apologize so i tell my staff to surrender our 2 imported whisky, when my staff waiting outside the hotel, so after that i didnt think of it anymore because i want to bond my team leaders/staff thats why i decided to go and eat outside and drinks, actually when we back in the hotel with my staff i already felt something because most of the time security personell should always greet in the hotel manners but he didnt and look at us in a bad manner, 2nd and the worst experience When we are checking out, i expect that im going to get my liquor however the front desk refuse because as what she said it was endorsed as confiscated so i explain it to her what happen so she talk to lisa however the security personell who have the bad attitude interrupt us (even he is not on duty) and SHOUTING at us because as what he said it cant be returned because it is confiscated! While i talk to the front desk he is still interupting our conversation and i feel Disrespect :( the front desk decide to return and apologize however the security insist and keep on talking having a higher tone, so i decided to return the bottles to them and said thank you for the experience ... I would never forget this kind of experience... I used to be a restaurant manager and also be an executive in a hotel but never seen an incident like this.. Not a HOTELI booked this hotel at agoda.com and it says PACIFIC PARK HOTEL but actually its signage says PACIFIC PARK RESIDENCES - why because it is home for medical students studying at nearby FEU hospital and University. Our main purpose for booking 2 rooms during the christmas holidays was for the children to enjoy dipping in the pool which we asks not only once but thrice if the pool is open and children can use and enjoy it (one of the review said - they were told pool is open but when they get there it was close). Lo and behold, as my children (11 y/o, 5 y/o and 22 months) started to play in the pool - the guard told us not to make any noises, not even a whisper its because students are studying for their final exams (on CHRISTMAS DAY!!!) we stayed there for 2 days and everyday is the same scenario. Next, the accessibility to come and go was also a nightmare, you have to wake their sleeping staff/s to open the garage door. How embarrassing, when you see they were annoyed. If by chance you are lucky enough that they assigned a room to you facing the main road - you will hear all the noises created by car, tricycles, motor bikes and even passerby talking to each other and lastly (i guess this one is for people with children), since we are noisy the residence of this establishment were pissed with us, coz the partition of each room was thin that you can actually hear the people in the room next to you. If you want peace, quiet and zombie like atmosphere - this establishment is for you but remember to walk tiptoed, you might disturb the students studying for their final exams on christmas day.
