  A reasonably good property

  It was a bit difficult to locate this property, despite GPS on my car. Then the visiting card of General manager Md. Shaban says "Pacific Hotel", whereas some people know it by "Imperial Pacific Hotel" name. And now general public is allowed to stay, despite the literature saying that only those coming for World Laparoscopic hospital only are allowed. The rooms, not of very big size, are comfortable and neat. The service is also good. The breakfast buffet is reasonably good. Good for business travllers

  Average to below average Hotel

  I have booked this room through OYO and read some decent reviews about the Hotel. I have checked in at 8:00 PM at the hotel. And my experience was not satisfactory with this property. Location - Location of this hotel is good as it is located near NH 8; however, if you are travelling in night, there is no street light in the area (~300 m ) and hence safety could be an issue. Rooms and amenities - Room was decent but to our surprise condition of bathroom was way below the mark. It was stinking. And pot was broken. When we complaint the same at the reception desk; he said that it is like this and cannot be change. ( as changing pot would be expensive for the hotel) Breakfast options: - There was very limited options for breakfast (only poha, bread pakoda and boiled eggs). I am going with 3 star and not 2 because of 'value for money' - Cost is ~2000. However there r other good options in the similar range.

  Great hotel, but the location, no so good.

  The hotel staff is great, the food is also good, didn't get any Delhi belly, but the location is not the best, it's not so bad though. I would stay here again if I needed to, but if you are coming for a short period of time, probably, you can find better places. If you are coming to the WLH for training, is a great place, and they treat you really nice.

  Nothing went right

  As per the trip advisor, I have booked in OYO premium 32nd Milestone II. I have booked this hotel assuming that it is 32nd Milestone hotel. They told me that this is "near 32nd Milestone" However, OYO placed me in this hotel. I had no option but to accept as I arrived in the middle of the night. Approach road is very narrow. Food is average. While checking out, again issue. I have asked at the reception whether I can stay a couple of hours more to have our lunch (room service) and to fresh up after that. They didn't mention any charges and the person at reception accepted. However I was charged extra 1100 when checking out. They asked me to contact OYO, who were only interested in cheating and squeeze money from the customers. OYO people told me that I have to inform them for the extra stay rather the people at hotel reception.

  good place for WLH trainee

  i stayed here for a month during my laparoscopic course at may 2015. room : facility is average, the air con was nice (i went there at summer, so good aircon is a must)and the wifi speed is superb, the only thing that disturbs me is the cleanliness of the room.. but maybe it was summer and the weather was very dry and dusty. the staff : nice, and polite. breakfast: not many menus, the taste was average. they should ve done better.
