    Estuve a mediados de Septiembre, y la verdad quede fascinada con este hotel. Excelente servicio, riquísimo y re variado desayuno. Me hubiese encantado disfrutar de la pileta pero como estaba en Otoño donde hacía frío no pude hacerlo. Quedará para la próxima...

    Fantastic holiday

    Ok so here it goes I'm an English guy who stayed here with my wife and 4 children . Firstly the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating right from reception to bar staff to waiters and cleaners, they do An exceptional job . Secondly most definitely is a 5 star. Free sunbed towels, spa, 5 swimming pools , exceptional food And drink there really is something for everyone, minibar in the rooms free air conditioning. You literally can eat from 7am to midnight non stop and the bar is 24 hours. The only issue with this hotel is the guests who are mostly Russian. Nice people in their own right but we as brits do things differently we hold doors open we use manners please and thank k you etc etc which our fellow east Europeans not so much also meal times they get a bit greedy to say the least which makes me frustrated piling high on the plates then Wasting it. On the whole this hotel is great fantastic grounds and staff great location my only downside is the beach is rocky

    The Hotel was not bad. Very beautiful teritory with lovely garden, nice pools. The room was enough god, buth noisy. The beach - sand with stones. Food was god, but plates was dirty. Outside wc also was dirty. Animation for children very god. Nice spa center.

    Vacanza stressante

    We booked a 4-day holiday in this hotel. To be a 5 star hotel was really disappointing. Sorry did not prepare and unconscious services and nothing. You can not stay in the pool or sea without the hotel tablecloth .. shame that they did not clean it. Solution? They have given a bath towel for two. This is one of the many. I'm sorry but I did not relax as I hoped. That I'm a tip to improve and not a criticism.

    Great hotel, super holiday!!

    I recommend this hotel:friendly, helpful stuff, beautiful private beach, various fresh healthy dilicious food, a lot of swimming pools on the territory, nice animation team, great concerts every evening. 2 times a day there is a free transfer to Alanya for shopping. And a huge variety of excursions you can take either. There is also haman, spa procedures, great massage, fintess center and more to entertain the guests of Özkaymak Incekum 5 Come here if you want to have a marvellous holiday and relax wholly, with your soul and body!!
