  Never again

  Just come back having spent a week at resort beautiful hotel, some staff pleasant other staff rude, mainly catered for Germans and Russians who are also rude, food and alcohol is poor an watered down. Resort practically in the middle of no where, asked if I would come back my answer would be definitely not.

  Just Crap

  Stayed here for a week would never recommend, drinks are nothing but water, chips , onion rings meat ect layed out for breakfast so called buffet , ate pancakes all week , dinner wasn't much better every day same stuff , rep wasnt interested only in us buying an excursion from him as he said dont go anywhere outside they will rip you off when we actually did book a boat trip from outside the resort they charged us cheaper than him , I could go on and on staff at the bar one in particular was rude , Enese was really nice tho , safe to say was rubbish in the middle of a motorway, beach was all stones , do yourself a favour and give this place a wide berth

  Everything was good enough for family holidays, rooms are clean and tidy, stuff working there nice and friendly. Really was happy with animation team, always kept my daughter busy. Just didnt liked alcohol services because most of them was very light and not strong, not tasty. But apart of that everything was perfect!

  Family holiday

  Lovely service, nice food wifi was a good speed also. Loved the different entertainment every night. The cocktails were also nice personal favourites mai tai blue lagoon and burn. The rooms were kept well, they were spacious. Ac was good hot cold really quick. In addition weather was amazing did not rain once we were there from 7th until the 15th of October. Perfect temperature still nice and hot and the sea is lovely.

  A sincere review of Oz Hotel Sui.

  First of all I had forgotten to write a review for this hotel because me and my family were there in July of 2019. As I was looking for hotels for this year since we wanted to gain another experience from other Turkish hotels I stumbled upon this hotel again and I was shocked by the bad reviews. And I want to make it clear that whatever I am about to write is solely based on my own experience and I am gaining nothing by writing this review as Ive seen some people accuse some of the reviews here. Me and my family had a lot of fun here because the food was delicious, drinks were good, and the personnel is very respectful, rooms were impeccable, very very clean, the bathroom possessed everything starting from shampoos, conditioners, shower gel and they even included special towels for your feet which was pleasantly surprising. They cleaned our room everyday, brought shampoos, conditioners, gels and soaps each day and the air conditioner worked good. The restaurant had a lot of food choices, desserts, fresh fruits and salads,it suited our taste pretty good. Waiters were very nice, sometimes even too nice considering Ive witnessed multiple occasions when guests have been terribly rude. I cant deny that it would get crowded especially at the beginning of service, but thats expected considering Oz Hotels Sui is quite big. The personnel working the buffet were very kind even if they couldnt speak a lot of english. When it comes to the animation team they were great, very energetic, friendly and tried to include as many people in the activities. They had a variety of activities prepared. The beach is not that far from the hotel, a five minute walk tops and the only downside of it ( if i can even call it that) is that it was a tad bit steep but if you dont like walking there is a minibus that goes to the beach every 5-10 minutes. The beach has a lot of sun beds. You dont have to go to the hotel if you want to have lunch since they serve some foods there. We had unlimited drinks, fruit and ice cream available at the beach. Keep in mind that the beach is a bit rocky so I would recommend shoes or flip flops and my siblings who were 16 at the time visited the beach only once because they loved the pool way too much. The pool was very nice, pretty spacious, nice music, a lot of water activities including water acrobatics, dances, exercises and guys played waterpolo. The biggest obstacle for exclusively English speaking people is that the staff cant really speak English that well, but you can still communicate just fine. We are Albanians and we do know some Turkish so it might have been a bit easier for us, but all in all we had a lot of fun. Believe me if it wasnt a good hotel I wouldnt recommend it to anyone to go and waste their money there.
