  Ok stay

  The rooms are OK. We went though OYO rooms and they charged us somewhere close to 1200 Rs but I think its over priced for the kind of the room that they have. there is no food options available and we did not find any restaurants nearby. only chat centers are available nearby. If you just want to crash in for a night then this would be good.

  Ideal for a budget travellers who don't mind commuting

  This hotel is located in a residential area. It is far from the market/railway station etc. It is ideal for people who don't mind commuting and are looking for a budget stay. I stayed here only for a couple of hours but have to mention a few things. The rooms were clean and tidy but the bathroom was dirty and a mess. The hotel staff attended to it immediately after complaining but it still didn't come up to what I'd call clean. The hotel doesn't have a lift, that could be an accessibility issue for some. They do have people to help with baggage etc. Will recommend it only if you are looking for a budget stay for a short duration. Do check the room and bathrooms before accepting the keys.

  Good experience at Mertiya residency

  Good place to be in Jodhpur. Away from the market, but not far (15-20 mins to market). On main road, easy to get Auto/cab. The rooms were good. Clean and comfortable. Oyo standards take care of it anyway. Also, they arranged to park the car inside. Also, service was good. Whatever we ordered came quickly. Only thing we could ask to improve is quantity of food for breakfast. Except that it was a perfect stay.

  Nice short stay

  Booked it for 1 night stay with family. It is located well within center of city and at very less noisy place. Rooms were well maintained and clean. Only thing which I found was missing was no mirror in the room. Staff was friendly and it has good parking space. They don't have their own restraunt and get food from nearby one which needs to be improved. In all, property is good and located at good place.

  I am satisfied with the services. . Rooms are Pretty much clean ...they dont have their inhouse restaurant but had recommend near by restaurant ..eitheer you can visit or ordered ... overall very good experience ...100 % recommend
